The hotel lobby was underconstruction at the time I stayed there. I was a little concerned about the safety aspect as the main entrance was moved due to construction and no one was there to monitor who came and went. There were no security cards for entering the hotel. But overall the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the room was near the vending machines and also near the elevator so I heard noise pretty much all night long as people walked up and down the hallway. But other than that, it was great. I visited my daughter at Rutgers Univesity and I found it to be very convenient! I would definitely stay at the Crown Plaza again.

Convenient and the price was right. Can't quite figure this hotel out for a Crowne Plaza. It's going through as transition. Decent hotel but he rooms are uneven. Mine this stay was fine except he draperies were falling off the wall. Seems odd for a 3 star. Fine for a business trip not for a family visit.

It was very convenient to the events we were interested in. We needed a room with two double beds. The first room had one bed. So did the second! The third time got it right. The room was simple and comfortable. Easy to relax in.
