I had a great stay here for a week. The hotel was clean, well designed and quiet. My room was pretty small but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were helpful in helping me plan which attractions to see in London.

The Crowne Plaza hotel is situated in London's financial district, but isn't that far from the city center. The room I stayed in is spacious and clean. The staff were nice and accommodating and overall I enjoyed the experience.

I was in town for a business meeting and it is great that the hotel has wifi. It wasn't that busy when I checked in and the staff are very helpful. My room had a great view of the city and I feel as though I got a lot of value for what I paid. The food is alright, but it's not comparable to restaurants nearby.

An average business hotel with all the essentials. The room is perfect for what I required and the main thing is that the bed was very comfortable. The staff are some what uninterested but do their best to help. I would stay again but not for such a long period of time.

The Crowne Plaza hotel on Shoreditch in London is a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the city but also want to be in a quiet area. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom is just impressive. There's a bus stop outside the hotel and Liverpool Station is a few minutes walk away. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for a few nights for a business trip. The staff are very helpful but they seriously need to smile more! The room is average and sufficient for what I needed. The actual hotel is walking distance to shops and public transport. The only negative is the Internet charges are a bit much.

The hotel is very nice. Contemporary decor and beatiful rooms, great be and bathroom. the room service was outstanding. A litle far from the next underground station but buses are stopping in front of the hotel.

Our room was on the fourth floor on the front of the hotel which overlooked the main road, although the windows were double glazed, there was some road noise and it got a bit rowdy later when people were leaving the pubs, but not too bad. Apart from that we had no complaints at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovley and the bed was really comfortable and big. The bathroom was really modern and the whole place was very clean and well kept. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back no problem.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions. Very good location for business and nighlife, close to the railway station,although after dark the immediate area is a bit rough. Smart hotel, modern faciliites, large,clean and comfortable,well appointed rooms.

The hotel appears to be recently renovated, with all new furnishings. Bathroom was quite large (especially for a London hotel), and the shower worked well (good water pressure). The flat screen TV was a little small. I stayed in a club room, and access to the club lounge. The club lounge had free bottled water and some snacks (chips and fruit), which was a nice touch. The location was okay. I walked there from Liverpool Street Station (about a 5-10 minute walk), and along the way there was 1-2 blocks that seemed a little less safe, but not too bad.

Restaurant has excellent views of the city and the food was amongst the best breakfasts I have eaten anywhere in Europe. (I travel a lot for work) Only complaint would be the noise of the doors as people leave their rooms

Friendly service. Poor location. It's clean, comfortable, safe and friendly, but located off the main underground grid.

I was hoping the hotel would be closer to some shops and other attractions. It's a 10-minute walk to the the train station and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. The rooms are fairly clean. Be sure to bring an alarm clock since the only clock in the room is on the TV. The bathroom is pretty impressive and the tube is huge. Just wished my room had views of the city instead of the apartment and office buildings next door. The concierge staff were the most helpful. Front desk staff proved to be pretty useless when called on. I hope to go back to London soon and I would prefer to stay elsewhere, hopefully some place closer to the great shops with more foot traffic. Otherwise, fairly nice place.

Lovely hotelI had a terrific room in this hotel and the staff at the reception could not have been more helpful .Dinner was very good and the obly thing that let the stay down was the slow service at breakfast where they ran out of glasses etc and were slow to replace .Rosie

The head concierge was amazing! Centrally located but away from tourist areas. The hotel is quiet, safe, and convenient to mass transit. The double-decker busses stop right in front and Liverpool station is within easy walking distance. The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. There is no situation the head concierge cannot handle! I was alone with four children eight years old and younger and the staff went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.

Very nice hotelVery nice hotel, very clean rooms. My only comment would be that not one member of staff was English so customer service suffered slightly. All very friendly, just didnt seem 100% as if they knew what they were doing. I imagine this is typical of a lot of hotels in London.Location was very good with a car park opposite (as the hotel has 7 spaces). Car park is £20 for 24 hours.Would stay there again though very happily.
