The bed is very comfortable. The toilet seat is quiet wore out. Overall, the hotel met my expectation!

I've stayed with this hotel for about a dozen times. I've always like the cozy atmosphere of the room. It always gives me a chance to relax and really enjoy my vacation. Staff is always been nice. Except for one time I stayed and the front desk treated me like I was his homie-just gave me a nod and didn't even recognize me. And did not even thank me. Not very professional for a front desk service. Other than that I would like to stay here again. Very close to the Bridgepoint Shopping center.Very convienient. If you happen to just forget some of your stuff--- packing. I give this hotel a 4 stars.

Well besides running over a nail when I first pulled into the parking lot, my stay at the Crowne Plaza was great. The bed was very nice, no icky generic comforter, instead there was a nice duvet with nice pillows and extras in the closet. The room had a sleep cd, lavender linen spray and free internet. The only thing missing was a refridgerator. It was a little disappointing because I thought all the rooms came with one as stated on the hotel's website but front desk told me they didn't. But there was an ice machine down the hall that efficiently cooled down my beverages. The gym is small but very functional (who runs on vacation anyways?). The hotel itself is close to Bridgepointe in San Mateo and has a very nice Target. (Good place to get snacks when Room Service is closed) Overall, my stay was great and I would return.

The business center did not require a charge to use the facility. And that included the printer. This hotel was well worth it and I would recommend it and stay here again.

Room clean, good location for us, friendly people, good food. Will definitely stay there again when we visit our family.

They are all about the sleep experience.! The most comfortable bed ever, even better than mine at home. The linens and duvet were wonderful, not the cheesy polyester found in moderate hotels. 2 different types of pillows to choose from, temperature was perfect and nice, quiet location. Will definitely look for a Crowne Plaza on my next stay. The best value for my money, a real surprise at how economically priced it is.

Free computer and Internet in room. The restaurant was overpriced and the staff was rude. In spite of that i tipped 15% and the waiter made an inappropriate hand gesture at me. I arrived and things were great. This staff was very nice and I was impressed that the room had a computer and free Internet. The bed was cheap but I was very happy with this hotel until I went to breakfast. It was a $16 buffet, kind of pricey for what they had out but fine. The waffle maker broke and the staff would not help me, the coffee was terrible and despite this I still tipped 15% for a buffet. The waiter politely took my bill and as I was leaving he saw my tip and made a point of smiling and saying goodbye, thanks for coming. While doing this he was waving with his hand doing the penny pincher gesture! I wanted to punch him in the face! I will never return to this hotel.

The front staff (both the night shift and morning shift) were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept on. The hotel is in a good area, and the room was well-appointed and included a small refrigerator. Our only bad experience was in the restaurant - some of the staff there were rude and had an attitude.

Hotel and room was clean, staff was great an on their game. Food was perfect. Club was great and live, best thnng was you could not hear music other then in club. I was able to relax and not worry about anything thanks to hotel staff, I will tell all my friends about the Crown Plaza Foster City. I will be back.

The Crowne Plaza has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in my life, I hated to go back to mine. The Front Desk staff was great, as was the staff in the Clubhouse Bistro. I was here during NCAA tournament time and I really enjoyed watching all the games on the big HD screens, being from Kansas it was great to be able to watch my Jayhawks, it reminded me of home. My wife and I originally chose to stay at this hotel since they had a free airport shuttle and was centrally located between San Francisco and the San Jose Area. The hotel staff was very helpful in suggesting things to see in the SF and in getting us directions to the outlet malls in the Gilroy area. The area of Foster City also offers lots of nice parks and jogging trails. It was nice to be able to go out for a run in the morning along the bay; not sure if I could have done that staying downtown in the city. We had a great trip I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family that would come to the area.

Evolved the proximity to the beach and the jogging trail. Was a pretty place with great location. Clean, nice rooms, lots of other services.

We went to get away for the weekend and were surprised to find that the hotel lounge is a very exciting night club and the energy was great until very late at night. Our kids loved the indoor pool and then we toped it off with a delicious sunday brunch. We really enjoyed our stay there are sure to go back again.

I liked the fish in the ponds and in the lobby.

It was close to restaurants, freeway and our venue. The bartender was not too friendly . the bar in the lobby maybe because we were just getting sodas! Crowne Plaza hotels are convenient, clean and family friendly hotels.

Comfortable bed. Lack of toiletries in the hotel. lack of complimentary breakfast, lack of bathrobe.

Very loud party going on. Called front desk at 1:15 am to complain about noise. They called back and said they talked to the party and if they didn't quiet down they could move us or they would ask the whole party to leave.

Fast check-in/out. Good parking near entrance. Filled the basic purpose of a clean place to stay for the night. Traffic noise was tolerable. Good freeway access. Did not try restaurants. Good parking. Nothing great, nothing horrible (except the lousy roll-away). Neighbor noise tolerable. All in all, a fairly forgetable experience.

We made our reservation at this hotel months ahead. It turns out there are three hotels that refer to themselves as the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport. We had no way of knowing that and ended up on the wrong shuttle. This hotel sent the driver to get us and he was just wonderful and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area.
