The staff, including shuttle drivers, was very friendly and helpful. Note that it takes ~1 hour to get to downtown St. Louis from this hotel. If you don't mind the extra time, it is very convenient. Beware, room service stops at 11 pm. However, Domino's does deliver and the hotel staff is more than willing to give you the phone number.

The price was good for all of the amenities. The location was not the best with not much shopping close by. A free continental breakfast would be nice. The hotel was very nice and designed to please. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and relaxing. The kids loved the elevators with window, the balcony and the swimming pool.

My stay wasn't long enough to relay an opinion. I've stayed at this location before.

Nice room and good bed/mattress, good amenities. Cleaning staff left a lot to be desired, room was pretty, clean when we checked in but second night was not cleaned well at all. Rooms are nice, size and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. The cleaning staff did not meet our expectations. The second night the room had not been cleaned well at all.

The window in the hotel needed some up keeping. The wallpaper was a little nasty around it and it did not have a good seal. On the other hand. The bed is worth it all!!!

Water temp in pool was perfect. Did not include a free breakfast. For a quick get away retreat w/ the kids was great, could have more of a selection of kid friendly channels, was disappointed that there was not a free breakfast. We can stay @ the Drury cheaper w/ a free breakfast.

The hotel was OK, our A/C was not turned on. We asked for it to be on and they came up an did it, but it never got cold in the room... Pool was nice, but there were ALOT of kids. Having TGI fridays in the hotel was nice.. Room was pretty clean, we did find some property from other people. The rooms need updated...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was charged 50 cents for each local call. In a hotel of this star was very surprised of this. The hotel staff was very helpful, the were very quick to correct a problem we had with our room. I had two 14 year old daughters with me and they loved the pool and computer area.

Came to pick up my grandson after a visit with his father. Did a little shopping and gambling. Very convenient and easy to get around St. Louis. Staff was helpful in giving directions to where we wanted to go.

We found no negative matters. We were very pleased at the time of check in to discover the hotel has a floor designated for quiet guests. This was perfect for our family as we are individuals who like to sleep in without hearing children running up and down the corridors. It lived up to its hype!

This hotel was worth the money. I will tell people to stay there. The rooms are big and you have a lot of room.

Nice clean room, attentive staff. Light in pool broken & floating, lots of wayer on deck. Staff handled loud guests appropriately.

this was our first stay at a crown plaza. besides the front desk putting us on the ground floor where we had a view of a concrete wall, it was nice. large rooms, clean baths. me and my husband travel alot. For the money they charge they should give you a breakfast. but overall its nice. I would stay there again.

Clean, staff was kind & helpful, indoor heated pool, Fridays inside. wireless internet was not free. no free children's TV channels. Hotel was very clean and upscale for the price. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Indoor pool was great. I would definitley stay there again. The only negatives to mention is that the wireless internet was not free and there weren't any free childrens TV channels for my kids to watch. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

I work for a retail company located in the STL airport. The location was perfect for the airport and the shuttle drivers were very nice and accomidating. The hotel staff always stopped what they were doing immediately to help me. The hotel itself looks great. I did not, however, check out the amenities. My only complaint would be that the pillows were too soft. They looked nice and comfy but when you placed your head on the pillow it deflated, I had to sleep with two of them.

Pool nice and overall environment. Room was not clean all the way. Still needed to be vacuumed. Hotel nice and had a good staff. Family enjoyed and viewed as one of the best ones stayed at.

Shower curtain didn't touch me! Clean and even for my picky tastes. Under staffed on my visit which led to a very behind houskeeping schedule for towells, etc. (a Holiday though). I loved this hotel. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Hot tub was no frothy. Weight room was clean (no foul odors or slippery equip). All restrooms were clean. The computer/biz center was very hot and they had box fans. Leaving my balcony door open at night even while a party/fan reunion was going on was great as the water fall sound blocked out any noise and I was on the second floor and across the pool from the party. I'm an extremely light sleeper and the continuous water fall ambiance (sp) was a perfect. Felt like a coastal spot. Can't wait to get back to this again.
