The overall stay was nice. The hotel was was under renovations (which was not disclosed until arrival). The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable.

There were many things to do in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I really liked that there was a lot of stuff to do at the hotel, so one wouldn't be bored or need to leave the hotel.

Fast check in and check out.Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I found a bug in the closet and someones acrylic nail under the lamp table.

The lobby appeared nice at first glance. Malfunctioning room equipment, dirty public areas, bad food. Do not stay here! From the front desk to the room to the restaurant to the shuttle (they didn't have a driver) the place is not just not up to Crowne Plaza standards.

It was dirty is some public areas.

Hotel allowed us to bring in multiple reptile cages without question. There was one convenient entrance, could clearly hear people in hallway. The staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. I could find no problems with the room.

Lobby area very nice, as was entertainment in the hotel lounge, great location for outlet shopping in both Lancaster and Reading. Hotel undergoing construction for much needed updating, somewhat inconvenient. Overall, the location was great for outlet shopping. The rooms were not the cleanest as for the Sheratons standards. The lobby and lounge area were both nicely decorated and the lounge had a great DJ, and a friendly staff. This has been a great hotel experience, and I would love to go back again once the renovations are completed.

Very warm indoor pool. Very low ceilings in room, carpet stained. Hotel staff was very friendly. Indoor poor was very warm and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Carpet in room was stained and the ceilings seemed unusually low.

Many amenities. Sunday construction/siding outside the window. This Sheraton has many amenities - pool and Jacuzzi, bar, breakfast bar, exercise room, etc as well as beautiful rooms. The only detraction was that I had a lot of trouble finding the front entrance due to the construction. There was also much debris with an overflowing construction dumpster in one of the parking lots. It's quite near most things in reading.

Fantastic public facilities androoms werenicely adorned. No sofa in hotel rooms, there was a dog show at the hotel. This is a wonderful place to stay. Roooms are well adorned and large. There is a jazz lounge and comedy club. Unfortunately there was a dog show in the hotel, soall the hallways were lined with saran wrap, and there was a bit of a smell. But I don't think this is the norm for the hotel. I would definitely return.

An exceptional hotel experience at an economic price, we were treated the same as any other guest - including late checkout at no extra cost. Nothing.

Location. Cleanliness. Initially gave us a poorly located room (next to noisy comedy club). Did move us on request. No continental breakfast. Good location for our needs. Clean even though under renovations.

Close location to my business venue, restaurant. Parking was limited because of construction. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. It was only 5 minutes from the outlets, too.

Comfortable rooms. Nothing. Probably the best value in a full service hotel for reading area.

The staff was extremely pleasant and tried their best to be accommodating. Refer to #12. The hotel is clearly dated. The carpet throughout the property is old and stained. The temperature of the room is warm/muggy (AC didn't work very well). The sheets had a smell and the bathroom was sticky and filmy. The bathtub was dirty. There was no soap. Just bath gel. The property is large, practically a maze through which one navigates to get to their room. And there is no elevator.

Bedding was very comfortable. Large public spaces; nicely decorated. Restaurant too pricey for me. Can be a long walk to get to your room. I missed the entrance off the side road because it wasn't clearly marked but was then able to get to the main entrance without any problem. I had a 2-double-bed room, which also included a recliner that could be used for an extra person. Friday night's Chocolate Fountain was nicely laid out with fresh dippers; this was unexpected and very enjoyable. Nice uncrowded small pool, even on the weekend. May not be good for families with young children, but ok for older, well-behaved kids. Highly recommended.

Indoor pool & our room had direct outside access. No refrigerator in room/noisy/took 2 calls & several hrs later to get extra cot requested. Nice room for the price & has a nice indoor pool (which I wish was open past 10 PM). Staff was very nice. Room was clean!

The staff was excellent. Can't think of a thing. Very nice accommodations - the staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Very clean. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. Carpeting was a little stained and should be replaced or cleaned. Very clean. Great location.

Nice indoor pool area. The room has a smaller bathroom sink area than what we're used to. This is the second time we stayed at the Sheraton in Reading. It was great! During the evening hour on Monday they had a chocolate fountain going in the lobby and it's something different every night! The room was nice - It had two double beds which would have been nice to be queens if the room was a little bigger. The desk in the room was very large and nice for a business traveler. We didn't eat at the restaurant or bar on site but they both looked nice. There is room on site that they have a comedy show on the weekends as well. The indoor pool area was large and has a coffee station available right there. We would definitely stay again!
