The hotel was clean and impressive but when we got to the room it was very dissappointing, The beds were very ordinary and no refrigerator and the television was very ordinary. This was 4 star listing but stayed at a better 2 1/2 star the next night.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and have enjoyed it both times. The beds are comfortable and the room service breakfast was excellent and timely. The noon check out time is great too. The location is great to for dining and shopping. We will definitely be back for another weekend stay.

The Crowne Plaza-Ravinia was a very nice hotel. It was in a very nice neighborhood and was very easy to find. The only problem was the paint smell in the lobby when you entered the hotel. They are remodelling several ballrooms. But other than that, it is a very beautiful hotel. The waterfalls inside and outside are just beautiful. I would stay there again.

This stay was arranged through online travel website and was a good value. That said, I think the room I was in was dated and not the best of their rooms. There was some sort of leak in the bathroom that would put water on the floor. I could never locate where it was coming from. The A/C was great but had to be turned off to get it warmer. The bedding was great and probably the best part of the room. They have a guaranteed wake up call, which I appreciated. I always worry about a wake up call- not coming. Free parking in the garage is great. Location can be tough to access at rush hours.

Behind the hotel is a beautiful dining area situated in a garden, which I highly recommend. My only complaint was with the rowdy guests next door. But when I called the front desk, the hotel quickly dispatched someone to quiet them down.

The hotel was very clean and had easy access to the marta and also the freeways. Only problem was noise from a party and the hotel took care of the problem very quickly. We were very satisfied and would stay here again.

Free covered parking! Lovely room. Weird toilet paper placement under counter. Front desk short-staffed at check-in. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying here.

My room was huge with a fabulous view of the gardens. I liked the fact that the hotel had two restaurants, a Starbucks-like coffee shop and a Deli. There' s a great mall across the street, and the hotel shuttle takes you anywhere within 3 miles. The hotel/airfare price was a great deal too. I will definitely be back soon."

"I stayed here for a dance competition. My room was cleaned very well the first day, but the second day, it appeared they only did the linens. I ordered breakfast via the door hanger one night, and it never showed up. I got charged, which they said they would revoke, and they never made any apologies for it not arriving. Comfortable bed, nice dark room. Fantastic deal for the price, they just need to work on service. "

How friendly and helpful the staff was, I am keen on customer service. I hate that the hotel is in the middle of the horrible traffic. The hotel was nice. The only complaint is the traffic!

It appeared clean. I experienced sever itching after sleeping in the bed for 3 nights. My hotel stay would have been great if were not for the scratchy itchy experience during and immediately after my stay. It appeared clean, but I experienced several irritating areas. I m cleared up now but checkout was not pretty.

The rooms are quiet. Attention to detail - bathroom had maintenance issues. Overall, a great hotel with a friendly, pleasant staff.
