Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the friendliness of the hotel staff. Walking distance to town centre and opposite bus and boat tours.

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious attractive rooms, incredible view from lobby. Breakfast seemed pricey and it was easy to slip into a higher price level than intended. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Sleek and modern yet friendly, and the lobby area offered fun, plush seating with great decor and a view not to be missed.

ratestogo i will use it again - very user friendly & genuinely priced. the staff need to be up to date with the options - we were almost charged for the 'free parking' - it pays to print your booking & take it with you. magnificent views and friendly helpful service from all the staff. scrumptious buffet breakfast was lost on us as we had enjoyed a great dinner the night before. i would very highly recommend this property to all my business contacts & friends. the staff at crowne plaza queenstown left no stone unturned to give us a very comfortable & memorable holiday experience. kindest regards, steve & margaret

The views from the room were spectacular! The location made it easy to do everything desired in Queenstown on foot. We were thrilled with our entire stay and could not have found a better hotel in Queenstown - even a more expensive room elsewhere would not have been as great as the experience we had.

myself and my fiancee stayed in the crowne plaza in july 2008. the hotel is very nice, the rooms were very spacious and modern, and the staff very friendly and helpful, i would recommend a stay in the crowne plaza

Bright, fresh, clean, good location, modern and large rooms. Good lounge area spaces and bar. Very nicely appointed rooms and bathroom. Recently refurbished and it shows. The hotel was lovely. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Very convenient location. My room did not face the lake and was very quiet. Lots of natural light.
