First the hotel is very far out of the city. The hotel was very uncomfortable. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

Caters to American taste/tourists/made stay comfortable. Little far away from main attractions; hard to find. Hotel was built in 1950's, it looks much older. Staff was friendly and helpful. Caters to American tourists and tour groups. Free internet was very helpful. Would recommend, however it is a bit far from main attractions. Was comfortable stay for family of 4.

You'll find this a very comfortable experience. I have stayed here annually for about 10 years, and appreciate ongoing improvements. The staff are accommodating and unflappable, helpful and professional, pleasant and pleasing. There seems to be very low staff turnover, a sign of good management. Everything in every room during my every stay has worked perfectly (hair dryer, safe, TV, wake-up, internet connection, etc.). The beds are always just right, with the most fabulous duvets of any hotel I've stayed in! A small luxury, but much appreciated especially in winter, when I usually visit. I have arranged taxis, tickets and reservations through the concierge, and never been disappointed. Really like the quiet neighborhood, although it may seem a bit prosaic. The restaurant is top-notch and breakfast is not to be missed. Meeting facilities have always worked very well for us. The hotel is an easy tram/subway ride from the old town, being just across the street from the Podbaba tram station. If possible, catch the fine Czech cuisine and fun ethnic music and dance show at the stube in the garden. Very fun. This hotel was my first experience in CR years ago, and certainly why I've come to think of this country as a second home.

The hotel is very nice, but it isn't close to the major sight seeing attractions. You have to take the Tram for two stops to get to subway and then four stops to get the old section of town. The hotel staff are very helpful with directions and they do provide transportation but it is rather expensive. The best way to see all the sights is to book tours through the hotel and the tour company will pick you up out front.

Nothing. The staff service wasn't really up to par. If this hotel was listed as a 2.5 star, that may have tempered my expectations. However, it's not a 4 star hotel. We were sent to room that had people in it. The staff was not really that friendly. I don't think I would stay at a Crowne plaza again.

Great looking hotel. A little out of town. Nice hotel, a little bit far from town but easy to get on public transport to get anywhere in the city. Nice hotel for the price.

I like the room design and size. The location was a little out of the way. It was a little out of the center of town, but still easy to get to.

3 stops from city center. Unfriendly staff, small rooms. Even if this hotel is not far from the city center, I would not recommend it. Check-in and out were awful. At least 15 minutes each. The room was well kept but really small (two one person's bed). This hotel has the same rating as the Renaissance. Proof of that : it is rated 4 stars in Prague and the Renaissance 5 stars.

Overall the hotel was further away from the old city that I would have liked. The room and hotel was older than expected and although it was a pleasant stay, I will not be staying there again.
