We had stayed at this hotel once before, so we thought nothing would go wrong this time. WRONG-checked in went to the indoor pool FROZEN so cold couldn't even get in, so we proceeded to the outdoor pool SAME THING! rushed upstairs to our room to take a hot shower ran the shower 10+ minutes FREEZING COLD, on top of that the water did not drain in the tube and started smelling like sewer YUCK! Called the front desk to let them know about the shower, my husband called back when the toilet started bubbling and no one had come and the front desk said oh ok i will call him now!! SHE HADN"T EVEN CALLED MAINTENANCE YET! At this point boiling having a little one that we told about going to the pool for our three hour driving, seeing the pool as we walked to our room having the biggest melt down not understanding why she couldn't be in the pool i had enough. I wanted to just go to another hotel, but after talking to a manager she said there was no way to refund our money as we booked with an online company and not them. The guy did fix the water and draining problem, but we slept in a fowel smelling room, thats not something you want to pay for. I am really disappointed in this hotel and NEVER will stay here again. The day manager did offer us free breakfast, but in my opinion this did not remedy the way i feel about this place.

This is a great location! Right off the freeway, easy access to night activities. Great indoor pool! Couldn't find another hotel with an indoor pool, loved it!

Room was nice and staff was friendly/helpful. Website mentioned sleep package to include eyemask and other items but did not find in room as I thought I would, was not of enough importance to pursue but would have been nice and was to be part of the total room experience. Mattress was very nice and slept well.

Good service, great fenced-in area for dogs, close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient and safe place to stay. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, cool and quiet. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. It also has and indoor and outdoor pool which was great.

Room and service was 1st rate! Bed was really comfortable and everything was nice for the price. Only problem was i asked for a double bed on reservation and it wasnt there when i checked in...they did get me a double bed after the 1st night which made me happy...

Would stay again. A comfortable bed and my only complaint is the vanity area was small and a challenge for two people to try and use at the same time.

Very clean and friendly. The room was comfortable but small. The business center charged to use the internet.

1st - it is I-17 NORTH to exit 208, not South per the directions. Very clean and quiet - easily the quietest hotel we've stayed in. Exercise facility is great. Need a rental car - not a lot to walk to. Fajitas restaurant is about 1/2 mi. and portions are huge and very reasonable - the 2nd nite we just ordered one and split it. Definitely would stay here again.

The room met our needs, we were traveling at a very busy time of year and may have booked a little late, so we realized weren't going to get everything we wanted; the room loaction was near extit door , air conditioner was very loud, we have grown to apprecaite the mini breakfast bars offered by most hotels in this class and this one didn't offer and hair dryer didn't work, these were all negatives. The location was great for us and the outside pool was very relaxing, we didn't use the inside pool but it too looked great.

The hotel was comfortable, good bed, stylish, good location. Dishes which were put out in the hallway in the early morning were still there in the evening. I was very pleased with the experience. For a slight gamble on location, I got a very comfortable hotel at a spectacular price.

Hotel personnel were very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. At time of visit, the indoor pool was closed for repairs but fitness room was fine. There was the smell of chlorine is most public areas but not in room.

Our stay was fantastic, we were greeted warmly and check-in was easy. We were surprised by the amount of Steelers fans staying at the hotel. Everything could not have been easier or more pleasant.

It was comfortable, quite, good beds, nice lobby, nobody bothered you. They want you to pay to have microwave in room. I enjoyed my stay there but would like microwave in rooms.

This is a great place to stay if you have business or friends on the north side of Phx. It's a 33 cab ride to the airport (and not really practical to walk anywhere from there) so travellers not renting a car may want something closer to Sky Harbor. The whole hotel is non-smoking, the rooms are clean and nice, the exercise room and indoor pool are fantastic. It's well worth the little bit extra for an executive room - more space, a desk with broadband and a comfortable chair.

Very clean rooms, especially the bathrooms. The bedding was very crisp & really clean. With it so HOT outside, what a pleasure it was to be in a nice clean very air conditioned room. The a/c worked great!

Wi-Fi in room. Musty smell in halls from indoor pool. Fairly clean but to much furniture for the size of the room.

It was a very nice hotel. There was a restaurant, but no breakfast included with the room. This is a very attractive hotel. The pool & whirlpool tub were very inviting, but I did not have time to use them.

The staff at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. They were very careful to make a confusing check in go very smoothly. The main elevator was very slow and the humidity was uncomfortable.

Room did not get cleaned the 2nd day. One side of hotel is not as clean as other side ie. dirty & warn carpet.
