The hotel was not in good shape at all, I usually like to stay at crown plaza in the states, but this one did not measure up, the hotel is not maintained at all, half of the light bulbs in the lobby were out, the ceiling is falling apart, the out side potted plants didn’t have any plants just cigarette butts, the service was horrible, requested nonsmoking room and they didn’t have any available, was stuck in a nasty smiling smoking room.

Very nice location. YMCA 3 blocks away was free to US Y members including Yoga and Spinning classes.

This property is a convenient, safe walk to Parliament. Along the way there are various stores, shops and restaurants. The property even has a Tim Hortens on the lower level. I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and gracious. The room is newly renovated and the decor and bedding are quite new. There are great views of the city. One comment is that the room curtains need to be closed in the winter because otherwise the windows emit a draft.

We were treated to exceptional service at this business hotel; the front desk staff, and the lobby service staff were both friendly and professional. We were withing walking distance to the atttractions, and we we wre ppleasantly impressed by our room.

I had a very good experience in this hotel, great location,the personel was very friendly, they allowed me a late check out without problem,my room was very clean and the hotel in general was in very good condition, except for some machines at the gym. I would recommend this hotel.

The bar on the main level was well appointed and relaxing. Prices were reasonable. The room was rather bland for a 3.5star hotel.

Experience was ok, but they did not offer free wireless service for business, you had to pay $10 a day and I would of opted for another hotel that did, since I spend a lot of time on the computer also, they did not have a complimentry breakfast, it was $16 dollars for scrambled eggs and bacon, not a good bargin for the busines traveler.

Convenience-airport traveler. Comfortable but everything in room was oldincluding the carpet. The overall room was very cramped. Parking cost was not included in price. $17.00 to stay overnight. No continental breakfast.

The pool. Cleanliness of room. Overall looked like it needed a face lift. Did not meet my expectations and did not match the pictures we saw. Worth the priceline price.

Rooms were very clean and professional. The hotel was within walking distance of all major amenities and hot spots. Staff was very unorganized and the reception desk only had 1-2 staff during the entire long weekend. Service was very slow. All guests complained. This hotel was a great deal for a three star hotel. The rooms were great, clean and well maintained. The building was well maintained and elegant looking. For the price the hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Location, cleanliness. Only king size bed was available, charged movie by error, wanted to charge rollway bed 12$ for the kids, we did not agree.
