The property just needs some updating. They still have a drop ceiling and it's just been too long since they have had a renovation. Staff was great.

There were bugs in the bathroom - so,I switched rooms and the bed had crumbs on the sheets. and, the air didn't work that well.

Very nice and clean hotel. Large rooms and perfect complimentary internet connections. Great buffet breakfast with custom omelettes. Would certainly recommend.

I was expecting a whole lot more from the Crowne Plaza brand. The property does not seem to have had any noticeable updates in 10-15 years. Common areas were poorly lit with low ceilings and old carpet. The guests rooms did have new bedding. However, the carpet was dirty and old, the bathroom was small with mildew stains on the tile, and the room did not even have a central ac/heat thermostat. When I checked in, there was one front desk agent on staff. That agent was brand new and took about 10 minutes to check me in. When we asked the front desk about airport transportation, we were handed a piece of paper with directions to the airport. Just a poor overall travel experience.

I spoke with the front desk and they said Crowne Plaza recently bought this hotel and has made some good changes. Evidently the word is not out because there were hardly any other guests. For the money, it would be hard to find a better value. They have excellent facilities, they have the "Sleep System" beds which are incredible, and the buffet breakfast is first-class. We only had one real issue, since the hotel was so empty, maintenance decided to do some work on the pool and added 9" of new cold water just before we showed up. So we had to make do with the hot tub but, because of the trouble, they gave us a free movie and free breakfast for our family.

This is a nice place to stay. The pool is absolutely huge, the sauna is really nice, the fitness center is pretty nice, and the lounge/restaurant are pretty nice as well. The staff are not that friendly.

Good deal, nice pool, convenient parking, near interstate. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, musty odor in hallways. This hotel had a nice location near the interstate. Appears to be a nice hotel for weddings as several wedding receptions were taking place in the banquet rooms during our stay. It was very dirty and some of the hallways and rooms had foul odors. It had all of the amenities that we would expect at a 3-star hotel (such as an on-site restaurant, banquet rooms, etc.), however the quality was definitely lacking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed in many hotels and the room was clean, but just satisfactory. The hotel from what I saw was very nice. I didn't use any facilities other than the work out room. Again the room was your basic hotel room. The staff was excellent.

Great location. Room condition. The location and the assistance from the staff are both great. The downside to this hotel is that the rooms are out of date. The lobby has been updated and looks very modern but other areas of this hotel are not as nice. I did have a problem with my first room but I was immediately offered a new room and given a free breakfast coupon for the trouble.

The room had everything you could need for peaceful and comfortable stay! Crowne Plaza has everything you could possible want or need. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. I used the iron and board, hair dryer, TV, WiFi, coffee maker, and magnifying mirror! The bed could not have been more comfortable - best night's sleep in weeks!
