Clean, spacious, good location, quiet. Was a non-smoking room, but smelled of strong smoke, had to open the window and turn on the air, still could smell the smoke. I would use it again. Close to the freeway. Clean and quiet. Like the gift package we were given on check in.

I stayed 2 nights at the Crown Plaza while traveling on business. I found the room to be recently updated, with a comfortable matterss, chair, ottoman and workdesk. The free DSL is a plus as is the well equipped exercize center. The grounds are well maintained and green. Road noise was minimal despite the location close to the freeway.

Easy to check in. Right by a shopping center. Would have liked to have known there was a easier way to get to our room. The hotel was laid out in a weird way. I had to figure out the best way to get to our room without having to go through the whole hotel.

Expedient service and the gym was nice. Not enough towels and many fixes needed. I was not happy with this stay here overall. Yes, the service was very fast, but I shouldn't have to call maintenance and housekeeping multiple times in one morning just to get ready. Our hair dryer didn't work and I had to call the front desk. They came to the room quickly and repaired it, frustrating none the less. We were in a room with 2 full size beds and they only provided 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. When I asked for more from the maids in the hall it was like they had to double check to make sure it was okay for me to take 2 extra towels.

Remodeled lobby. Clean rooms. Would have liked restaurant open for dinner. Clearly above expectations. Easy freeway access. Lobby recently remodeled. Very clean. Large room with good bed.

The hotel room was very nice and the location. NA It was an easy check-in and the parking was great. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable and the extra pillows were great. I would go there again.

Responsive staff. Rubber mat stuck to bathtub is unsanitary. Good business hotel,needs to have complimentary coffee in the lobby because they do not serve lunch and one needs coffee at all times. Nice staff.

Clean and upscale furnitures; friendly staff. None. Great for business travelers. Located just across the freeway to all types of restaurants, theaters, 24 hours Wal-Mart, FedEx kinkos,borders bookstores, and other speciality stores.

Accommodated us with early check-in. Excellent hotel for sports tournament out-of-towners. The proximity to restaurants and the freeway made it an excellent place to stay. Would stay there again.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The parking lot doesn't seem safe and the hotelsmelled like smoke. This hotel was nice, especially for the price. It's not in the safest of neighborhoods and the hallways of the hotel smelled of smoke; although I would definitely go here again.

Location. Worn furniture in room, TV did not work well, they did not make the room the first day. It was a distress room with worn furniture and older TV with poor reception. Desk chair was so worn it has worn holes on the armrests. Room was dark and not bright at all.

The staff was wonderful They gave us a goody bag when we arrived. Crown café, the food was poor for the price. I love the hotel and would stay there again. I would just eat somewhere else.

The room was too dark and there were mosquitoes. The hotel is at a convenient location. The price of the room is cheap for a 3-star hotel. However, the environment surrounding the hotel is not properly maintained. There are trees and bush around; there is pool and stream in the hotel, and mosquitoes which is very frustrating. Besides, the furnitures in the room is old and dirty, the surface is broken, too. All in all, I don't think I will go to this hotel again.
