The hotel is in the process of being remodeled, so our room was brand new and quite nice. I have not slept so well in months. They have new beds and provide a relaxation CD that really works. My complaints are it seemed that every day they forgot to stock something in the room. One day we were given only one wash cloth. The next day no coffee cups, etc. Also, perhaps because occupation rates are down during the remodel, there was little or no life at the hotel bar, etc. $4 is too high for a cup of coffee. Great location for conventions at Rosemont C.C.

Rooms were recently remodeled. Free shuttle service took over an hour to come to airport, other hotels came around 3-4 times. Rooms remodeled, lobby, elevators, restaurants not remodeled, coffee/pizza/sandwiches very expensive, room overlooked roof air conditioning, and the free airport shuttle took 1-11/2 hours & 3 phone calls as all the other hotels came around 3-4 times while I was waiting, only one woman workingat front desk both days.

It was a nice stay. I was there for 1 night and found the staff at the Crowne to be helpful. The airport shuttle service was great. Our room did need updating, but renovations are currently underway and we were told that they are scheduled to be completed by summer. I was there as part of a large group, and there were a couple of open common areas with seating which we enjoyed very much. The Deli serves tasty food but it is very pricey. I also enjoyed the food at Bar and Grille. If ever back in that area, I would definitely stay again.

Overall, Crowne Plaza was a great hotel, just a 1/2 mile walk to the trains which got us to town in 40 minutes (definitely worth the discount). The only downfall was that our reservation had guaranteed us a refridgerator and a microwave. Neither appliance was available for our stay. You may want to be precise when making future reservation with this hotel.

This hotel by far has the worst layout and setup of any hotel I have ever encountered. I travel a lot for work and I have a lot of experience with hotels, so for this one to stand out really means something. They are in the far suburbs of Chicago, yet they charge you $18.00 per day to park in their parking lot. This could possibly be understandable if there was a space crunch in the area, or if the parking area was extremely convenient....of which neither apply. The parking area is mostly uncovered, and in the far back side of the property. It literally takes 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the elevators. You have to walk all the way to one corner of the building, and then down a very long exterior corridor before you even get inside the building...and I stayed during the winter...very cold outside. O)nce you reach the building you have to walk down two more extensive corridors before you reach the elevators to get to your room. Again, if this hotel were in heart of downtown, this set up and parking fee would be acceptable, but it's in a far northwest suburb of the city. The hotel is undergoing a renovation currently, so I will not give them bad marks for the bleach stained carpet, and antiquated equipment because they are obviously in the middle of replacing them. I would suggest however that this place needs to eb torn down and redesigned from scratch. I only encountered two other hotel guests in my one week stay, so they are obviously running their business off by the setup they have, and the other two guests I spoke with said they would never be back either.

Early morning construction, barley working vending machines & far away parking. The staff is friendly if you actually talk to them. The owner does not take the customers welfare into consideration. Room response may not happen at all, you will have to go to the front desk for any item or service. Over all, I do not recommend the Crowne Plaza for any Priceline customers.

This hotel is an older hotel. However, it is very conviently located next to the Rosemont Theater. There is a free shuttle from O'Hare whih is nice. The room that was origially given to us was a non-smoking room which smelled like an ashtray. It was obvious that more than one or two cigarettes had been smoked in that room. We were given a different room. The AC in that room was very loud. The temperature for the water in the shower was difficult to work with. You had to turn the hot all the way up with no cold water on inorder to get warm water. The ice machine on the 9th floor was not working. The carpet in the hallways is badly worn and is buckling in many places. The temperature in the halls was very hot. I do not believe they even had AC on in that place.Overall, this is a much older hotel that the competitors in he immediate area. I would recomment that you stay at either the double tree or embassy suis next door which are similarly priced.

The Crown Plaza in Rosemont, was a pleasant hotel. The rooms were clean and there were many dining options. Parking is quite expensive and very limited-first come first serve. The parking area does not have easy access to the building, either.

A nice hotel, close to the airport, room was clean and lots of room, bathroom was a little cramped, shower worked great, did not care for the small faucets at the sink overall the room was good. As for the food and drinks they were way over priced

We've stayed in nicer Crowne Plaza's but this was convenient to O'hare and shuttle service was top notch. Showers were the downfall in room. Water temp hard to control and faucets falling apart.

There seem to be a lot of overcharges at this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed there. The first time, I was charged for 4 nights of parking (at $18/night) when I was only there 2 nights, and they tried to charge me more for my room rate. They tried to charge me for a bottle of water, which I never drank. As I was checking in and out, other people were having issues with being overcharged for parking, etc. The hotel itself is nice, but closely scrutinize your bill and be prepared to argue overcharges.

Helpful staff and quality surroundings. Construction noise at 8am. A good place to stay for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even moved my room twice after placing me where I could hear the construction in the mornings. They were accommodating and had good location relative to O'Hare and Blue Line.

$18 for parking at an airport hotel was too pricey. Bathroom was seriously out of date for a Crown Plaza. I've stayed in many Crowne Plazas and this one was by far the worst.

The location was the main reason. The parking area for our rental car was far away. The hotel ambience was not the scale we expected. If you are in a hurry and don't mind standard hotel rooms and lobby, this hotel is quite acceptable.

Easy to check in. Parking was hard to find in their lot, very crowded. Convenient airport location, in house restaurants, but uncovered parking lot behind the hotel is a challenge in inclement weather.
