Traveled 1500 miles to Arkansas and back. Trip down we stayed at a typical motor lodge. It was very loud and not restful. On the way back we stayed at the Crown Plaza for a slight difference in cost but receive comfort, quiet and satisfaction with our stay.

Very comfortable, great pool, very friendly and felt safe in the area. We really loved our trip, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff was nice. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool, the location was not in the city which we really liked.

The room was nice, king bed very comfortable but the second floor was undergoing renovations we were put right next to it. I woke up with bites on my shoulders, possibly a spider? Never found the bug. No free coffee in the lobby, a must in my book. Staff was friendly, if I was staying longer I would have asked for a room change and probably would have been very happy.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North on my wedding night. We arrived well after midnight but the staff was very welcoming. When they saw that I was in my wedding gown they offered congratulations and made me feel special. The room had a very warm feel and we really like the bag on the bed with the CD, drape clip and many other nice things. In the morning they were even willing to give us an extended check out since we had gotten in so late. Each staff member we met in the hall was friendly and asked if we slept well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. They really excelled at giving us personal attention.

Clean, and excellent location. Restaurant was way too pricey. It was a good bargain at the price. I would stay again. Just wish that the restaurant could offer a more reasonable breakfast.

I only stayed for one night but I wished I could have stayed longer. The lobby was spacious and nicely appointed. The room was clean and elegant, clean-smelling, with plenty of towels and soap, and a drenching shower nozzle high enough so I didn't have to bend too much (I am 6'2") and a cable modem for the Internet, which I did not use. The fitness room was excellent: 3 treadmills, a bicycling machine, a stairnaster, a uiversal gym, and free weights with a bench. The indoor/outdoor pool was connected (you can swim from the outside to the inside) clean, warm, and beautiful, with plenty of tables and chairs. The staff was filled with people who were anxious to be helpful and kind. There was an excellent bar in which I wished I had time to spend. I was allowed to check in two hours early. Also, I did not eat there, but the restaurant looked very nice. Ten minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from Ohio State University. There were plenty of families with young children who seemed happy. In short, I was pleased and if I stay in Columbus again I will want to stay there.

I had 2 rooms for my family. One was clean the other not. Found a empty beer bottle and sock under bed. Next day found a paper clip and bobby pin on floor. Don't they vacuum everyday?

The bed really was awesome. Poor service, questions about cleanliness, bad food. Hotel was a passable option, if I did not know of all the better (and similarly priced) options in more accessible locations nearby I might have been satisfied. The restaurant was not good and everything seemed kind of dirty, not uncleaned really. More like the house of an old aunt who had smoked for 50 years and everything has that tar layer on it.

It was close to where my family lives and was a very nice hotel. Nice comfortable king sized bed with good quality sheets although there was a lot of noise late at night apparently due to a wedding that was held that weekend.

I'm working on business during the week and the hotel is close to the office where i report to. The staff has been very friendly and i have felt very comfortable during my stay at the hotel. While i'm at the hotel, i'm able to continue working either in my room or at the lounge area. I am also able to continue my excercise program there and swim laps at the indoor pool.
