Cheerful staff, 24 hour coffee shop. Noise carried from room to room. Great TV, good food, moderately priced hotel. Would repeat. Difficult location.

The overall stay was good, I did have a few minor concerns, the heater made a noise when you turned it on, and the room phone did not work, but since I was using the room only to sleep it was not an issue. Once I mention to the staff at check out they seemed more than willing to fix the problems. On a real high positive they fitness facility upkeep was good and the hotel was neat and clean. Definitely a great value for your money. Will proabably stay again.

Ex New Yorker on vacation trip with adult daughter, I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel located convient to Liberty State Park, NJ. This is a well kept secret location to visit the Statue of Liberty & Eliis Island without the hassle, lines & wait of Manhattan. And you can park all day for 5. There is also regularly scheduled water taxis that will take you into Manhattan each way for only 14 round trip. This hotel absolutely fit the bill. Would defintely stay again. A great value, considering it's in metro NYC area. Rooms were clean & comfortable. And despite being adjecent to Newark Airport, surprisingly quiet. Many flight crews here as well. Dining room was almost empty, food was good, but a bit overpriced. No other real options, due to neighborhood & traffic volume. Parking fee is now 23, which is on add on to overall cost. If not familar with area & driving, finding hotel from North can be a bit tricky. You will see it, but getting to it is the adventure. Coming from South isn't a problem. Enjoyed our stay & would do it again !!

Great price and place to stay if flying out of Newark Airport. Good service, bed was excellent along with shower. Would highly recommended it. Shuttle was top notch.

When we arrived, they saw the size of our kids and upgraded our room. Pool hours were closed at 9pm. Awesome facilities! Great staff. We did accidentally leave my youngest son's baby blanket, and I am still trying to get the housekeeping staff to figure out where it could be. We know it was left on the bed.

I went down to NJ for some interviews, and booked this hotel as a package deal. It was a great value, and and excellent hotel. Very clean rooms, the staff were very helpful, and the food there was great. However this hotel is very hard to get to especially if you are not from the area like I was. Other than that, is was a great find.

First and foremost the hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. The secrity guards in the front entrance can use a little bed side manner training but the stay was still very nice. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are ALWAYS cleaned immediately. Great location and minutes away from NY! Restaurant was cleaned and the food is very good. i would definitely return!

The comfort of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. Distance from other eating places. I was only their overnight, but my stay was very comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful, I would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Neward and took the Path train into NYC for $1.75 each. I was great. We never had to drive in the city traffic and we stayed for $ish dollars insteas of $. The bed was king-sized and VERY cormfortable and the hotel has 42 inch plasmas in every room. We certainly will stay here the next time we go to the city.

For the money, it was great! The bed was very comfortable! I came in around 12;15 A.M.,craving hot chocolate. I was happy to see a 24 hour cafe & snack shop inside the hotel! Van service was also reliable and friendly. would stay again!

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly, the only issue I found w/ my room was that the shower had no threshold to keep the water from spreading over the entire bathroom floor.

Served the purpose for the night before our flight. Very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Parking expensive. The hotel was fine for staying before flying. Confusing directions and difficult to find their entrance. Parking was $23 per night. We parked elsewhere all week at $10.99 per night.

Hotel is clean. Price is excellent. Personnel is fine. The pictures of the hotel are representative. Hotel restaurant is nice. Perkins restaurant at a walking distance. Flight crew rest at this hotel which is always a good sign. Relatively fast to go to Manhattan 30-40 min. Shuttle from Hotel to Airport is free, then the light rail train to downtown is $15 per person. By car, Hwy 78 is toll, $1.60 +Holland Tunnel $5.50+ parking downtown $38.

Purely an overnight business stop. Not easy to get to hotel, but once there was good value. Getting from hotel back to airport better arrangements. However, not hotels fault really as Newarks highway system leaves much to be desired.

Clean rooms, television good but WiFi service was interrupted, front desk is unfriendly and not so helpful. The receptionist. Very good hotel with clean rooms and good recreation center.

My Husband and son stayed here in November to do Christmas shopping in the city...it was so convenient to take the airport shuttle over to the airport & get on the train that took us to Penn Station. I would highly recommend!! However the 2nd night we were there the fire alarm went off because the night auditor burned popcorn in the microwave oven. We were evacuated from the hotel for nearly 1 hour in the freezing cold. I am greatful that the alarm system worked, however not happy that the management did not even apologize for the inconvenience (or lack of sleep). The accommodations were nice, but the staff could have been much nicer (restaurant & front desk). However the shuttle driver was excellent! I would stay again if I did not have any other option.

I am surprised that this hotel is even part of the Sheraton chain. The toilet ran for long periods of time; the staff refused to bring us a bath mat and fresh soap (which the maid forgot) stating they were ""extremely busy"". The front desk staff is very rude; the only positive I can think of is the restaurant staff (the food is decent). I would NOT stay here again.
