The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. T he room was attractive and comfortable. Lighting was great. The only complaint I have , was that the tile floor in the bath was very cold to step on with bare feet. I had to put a towel down to stand on.The view is not great(THE NATICK MALL ),But it is a very convenient location. The staff was freindly And checking in and out was easy.

Room Heating old and out of date. The hotel was good until one wanted to eat and that was my problem. I wanted to bring the family over for brunch but not at $25 per head. We ate out for half of this and it was really good. You need to think about the people who stay in your hotel.

Lovely hotel with flatscreen tv in room. Nice lobby-atrium bar. The hotel is on a boulevard with a median strip so I spent a lot of time doing U-turns. I walked to Starbucks, Diner, Dunkin Donuts, Ben & Jerry's Ice cream, & Indian restaurant.

The hotel front desk was fabalous very friendly and accomidating to my requsets. The rooms were big with many extras. Gave me a room with a view. Great shuttle service. The bed was so good i wanted to take it home with me but no room in the suitcase. Ha ha. Will definitly stay there again. Also recomended it to friends who will be visiting here in the future

My daughter and I spent a lovely two nights at the Crowne Plaza Boston-Natick. We booked for the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving to take advantage of the tremendous shopping opportunities available in the area. It was more than we'd expected. We are members of the Priority Club (free) which gave us a better room and more perks. The beds are super soft and comfortable pillow tops. We were given ear plugs, eye mask, room spray, and a relaxation CD to keep. There was free wifi which I really like. The rooms were recently redone and lovely with black wood in the bathroom and a flat screen TV in the bedroom. TV reception was not terrific considering it was a Sony but I never contacted the hotel to see if it could be remedied. We were out all day and much of the evening. The exercise room is open 24 hrs and it was a good workout. There is no pool which I would have liked but then I rarely ever go for a dip in the end anyway. There was a lobby bar where we ate our supper the first night. Good fare. There was also a super duper fancy restaurant in the hotel that we never tried. Each morning we enjoyed a breakfast buffet, menu service was also available if you prefer. The place felt luxurious without costing an arm and a leg and we will definitely be back next year for another stay.

Room was very neat and clean, although small. Bedding was attractive. The bathroom had nice amenities. I liked the fact that the room also had a real closet. My daughter lives in Chestnut Hill, so when visiting, I like to stay nearby or on the West side of Boston, so that I do not get entangled in City traffic. This may not work well for some who need to be closer to the heart of Boston. The Hotel was farther from BC than we had planned, but the price was right for a beautiful hotel. Did not have to deal with rush hour, because it was over the weekend - therefore, was much faster traveling to and from along Route 9, rather than the Mass Pike. Tennis courts would be nice. Have no idea where the pool was located. Visitors should be informed that there is a pub with Kareokie going on, but we were not within earshot.

If you need to go to Framingham or Natick for business, this is a fine spot to stay. It was a 65 cab ride from Boston Logan (ouch!) but they probably have a free shuttle that I just wasn't aware of. The rooms were clean, but mine was a little dated. Free Wi-Fi access is a nice bonus, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a terrific seafood restaurant around the corner called Legal Seafood that makes the location more attractive.

good for some but not for me. the bathroom had a lot of room and many bars but it had a tub that would be dangerous for me. it had no counter space for toiletries but it had plugged in coffee pot next to the sink (dangerous). my wife took a shower first and the water from her shower stayed in the tub for over an hour so i didn't try to take a shower at all. the room was quite large but all it had was one chair and just a queen size bed. it was as if they expected a handicapped person to be alone in the room.

I liked the modern furnishings of the room and bathroom, proximity to the shopping centers and available shuttle service. This hotel is beautifully modern and close to a plethora of shopping.

My stay at the Crown Plaza was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, available but not in the way In fact I rarely saw the cleaning crew, but each day the room was clean and comfortable when I returned to it. They served a very nice buffett breakfast on Sunday morning.

It's a little overpriced for what was available, and the customer service was lacking. Staff would apologize, but take no steps to fix any problems. WI/FI didn't work in my room unless I sat on the floor by the door.

Recently renovated room provided a high level of comfort. Loud air conditioning system. A fantastic location close to shopping, major highways and only 20 minutes to Boston. We enjoyed our stay.

The Crown Plaza at Natick made quite an impression from the moment we stepped into the lobby. From the plants and flowers to the furniture and artwork, everything was there to make our stay special. In the room we found a luxurious, inviting, fluffy, white on white, comforter on a king-size bed. And talk about pillows, there were 2 shams, 4 large pillows a little deep red satin accent pillow embroidered with the hotel logo, and more pillows in the drawers. But the red organza bag containing a sleep mask, earplugs, and lavender linen spray, did it for me. All this and across from a large mall great for eating or for anything we forgot to bring. The location was good; we were no more than a half hour from competition sights or downtown Boston. We would definitely stay there again.

Very elegant atmosphere when I entered hotel. Nicely decorated. The room already had occupants. They were not in the room at the time but thank goodness they weren't honeymooning at the time! The hotel is exceptional and the atmosphere is amazing. There was a big party going on in one of the ballrooms. The kids were noisy in the lobby but we didn't hear a peep in our room. I was disappointed by our check in person who mistakenly put us in a room that was already occupied. Suitcases, clothing, toiletries were everywhere in the room. At first I thought someone had forgotten to make the bed. Upon further inspection though, it was obvious the we had been given access to someone else's room. Now I ask you, how secure is your room when you check in here? Too bad, I really liked this hotel but I won't come back. Sorry.
