Bar was great! Hotel was under construction! The room was nice and the location was great. Yogi's Bar is great for drinks and bar food. The hotel is under construction and looks over all like that at this time. Construction makes it an uncomfortable stay.

Location. Maintenance. The room was o.k. but the toilet was broke and the water ran all night. The sink leaked and got my slippers wet. We had already changed rooms due to the noise level - it was noisy from the time we checked into our room early afternoon until late night. I will not stay there again.

We found the rug to be very dirty A large bug 3 inches dead on window sill Bathroom was very dirty, tub, sink, and floor.also the sink had a clug drain

Fast check in, clean, friendly staff. No parking lot security and the pool was warm but room was cold. The hotel and staff met our needs and it was a nice hotel for the price. I was disappointed that the indoor pool room was too cold to comfortably swim.

At first we could not find the hotel and the staff was very helfull each time we called for directions. We arrived late at night, the girl at the desk was nice. The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean rooms and great food made for a wonderful trip. All was good. As a person who travels weekly for work I was very impressed with the Crowne Plaza. My room was beautifully decorated and did not smell like cleaner as many hotels do. I had to meet friends for dinner and The Cafe offered a wonderful food and drink selection for a reasonable budget. Everyone was happy from drinks to food to desert. Overall a very restful stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lots of space. Too soft bed, overpriced breakfast. Very easy to reach off the exit of 8-a. Wonderful animal park about 10 minutes away. Very clean. Later check-out so we did not have to rush. Leave your car there and take the bus into nick for the day. Lots of parking.

The breakfast we had. Noisy until 4:30am - bad experience. A Christmas party was being held at the hotel. We asked the guests of this party to keep the noise down at 12am, at 2:00am we called the front desk about the noise, at 4:30am we went to the front desk we still could not sleep with all the noise going on. I left my and took my son to pa to college and decided to rest in overnight and this was the experience I had in it. If I knew this was going to happen I would have just driven back to my that night but it would have been an 8 hour road trip.

Staff was friendly. DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! Pool was extremely cold, too. DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! The carpet in the room was sticky; the bathroom was disgusting. Should I go into detail about the vomit-encrusted toilet? Perhaps not. You get the general picture. Also, the pool was unswimable, it was so cold. (Maybe I could understand this in December, but this was the end of August). Though the hotel was recently renovated, the carpets and wall paper were torn up and peeling up in places. There is no way this place deserves a three star rating.

Location to my business appointment. The hotel was undergoing major reconstruction and therefore was a mess. Aside from the construction, there was much to be desired from this hotel. In my room a window was cracked, the iron fell apart when I picked it up and the toilet water ran all night. I hope they plan to redo the rooms as part of this reconstruction.

Neat and clean. Bad room service. The hotel is neat and clean; room service is very poor! Getting a lunch menu took over 45 minutes after calling 3 times. I forgot my cell phone charger and I called the lost and found department to see if they were willing to mail me my phone charger and they still haven't yet returned my call. Only stay at this hotel if you're not going to order room service or if your memory is flawless!

in the the mornning the said i sould not heve gon there it is not a good place to eat thank,s a lot . thay told use about a good place to eat and i got food poysen. i was sick the hole time. i will never go there again.
