I enjoyed the extra amenities which included sleep aids and an abundance of toiletries. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Overall, I felt as if I were staying at a much more expensive inn.

Elegant, clean, good atmosphere. The girls checking us in were friendly and funny. Made us feel welcome right away. The room was nice a little small but just fine. The bed and linens were remarkable. Would stay there again.

The crown plaza was adequate. It could be a very nice hotel with better housekeeping. The amenities were nice, but that was hard to keep in mind when I turned down the bed and found several hairs.Also the frige we rented had some mold in it.The bathroom sink would back up when we were not using it.I felt the staff were friendly,but I would not stay here again.

The rooms were clean organized and nice music playing when you entered. Location. Not too many restaurants within 2 miles. The outside of the hotel was not representative of the inside. The outside was older looking, however the rooms were modern, well lit, very comfortable and the staff very helpful.

The Crowne Plaza North Minneapolis was very comfortable. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The linen was fresh and fluffy. the only problem, I had was that I was told at check in that I was in a no smoking room and I would be charged $150.00 if I smoked in the room. Since I don't smoke it was not a concern. After checking in I went to my room briefly and dropped off my luggage and went back out. I did not return to my room until 2:15 AM. As I used the bathroom, I realized that someone prior to my occupying the room had been smoking in the bahtroom. Since it was late and I had to get up at 6:00 AM, I didn't notify the desk until I checked out. They were very understanding and asked why I did not call down for a change of room? I expalined it was too late and I did not feel like moving. Otherwise, I was very pleased and I would stay here again.The location was right off the highway, so it was easy to get to. I do not know of an amenities close by

Great service, quiet rooms, friendly staff, clean. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. I arrived late, but all the staff were accomodting and helped me out in every way. The rooms were clean and the beds great. Niciest room I have ever stayed in.

Friendly and corrected mistakes cheerfully. Messed up 2 bed request and short timed our room keys. It would have been great had the 2 bed request did not take time to correct as well as the incorrect programming of our room keys. We were shorted a wash cloth one day but overall the stay was nice.

Great value/beautiful facility / free hi-speed internet. Coffee maker was broken. This hotel stay represents one of the best Priceline values I've ever received. At $49, this was a beautifully maintained, quiet, business-oriented hotel that I would happily stay in again.

Price, location just off 694, 100 Runs all the way to 494. Only complaint - Pool was freezing and hot tub was coffee cup sized. This was my second stay at the Crown Royal Plaza North - excellent place - easy parking very friendly staff. Comfy beds, nice rooms, nice bathrooms - overall an excellent place to stay and definitely a place I would bring my whole family. Only complaint I have - pool was cool (not cold, but not comfortably warm) and the hot tub was the size of a teacup.

The rooms were a bit small, but well laid out. Clean. Smaller rooms and a northern cities location. My room was very clean and although a bit smaller than a traditional room it was well decorated and very modern and up to date. Wireless was a bit slow, but it's to be expected in a hotel.

Hotel was okay. The walls are paper thin and we didn't sleep much because the room next to us had a party until early in the morning. It felt like they were in the same room with us.

Bed was dirty, and not handled properly when approached on it. When we called to tell them the sheets still were dirty and had hair on them. Someone brought up clean sheets and handed them to us and said I can't change them.

Nice bed and updated room. Heavy doors that slam. Very nice hotel. It is a bit older, but looks to have been updated with marble shower and counter tops and very comfortable bed with nice linens.

It was neat and clean. The fitness room was of poor quality and the pool was not available. The two things we wanted. The motel was very nice. We did miss having a complimentary breakfast. The two things we looked forward to the motel having - the swimming pool/hot tub and a fitness room were either not open or of unacceptable quality. That was a disappointment. The pool issue will resolve itself, but they do need to give attention to the fitness area even though they have access to a fitness club. The fitness room they have, they shouldn't even advertise it.

Convenient location. The overall location is a little less than ideal as far as safety goes.
