My family spent the weekend going to Wrigley during the day and Jersey Boy's at night. The location was excellet for transportation to the game and close enough to walk to Michigan Ave. We took the train to Chicago and were able to walk to the hotel. We were charged for valet parking but they gladly removed it after being informed that we did not have a car. The rooms were comfortable and service was good. However, we were not very demanding as we spent little time at the hotel.

I did not like the hotel at all. Cleanness. Rooms had used cigarettes in the balcony and windows frames. It was a total disappointment! I came in late for the check in and the front desk clerk assigned me 2 separated rooms, both were smoking rooms. I was forced to split the family during the whole stay. Additionally, the hotel was hosting a national convention. This alone made our family stay very uncomfortable as we had to explain our 2 older children the nature of the convention in a way they could understand it. Net, it was probably the worst ever family vacation we have had!

My husband, my friend, and I drove out to Chicago to pick up two vehicles we had purchased. We are from MI and didnt arrive in Chicago until 3:30 AM and we stopped at about 5 hotels trying to find a cheap but clean hotel for the night cause we were only staying in the room a few hours. Everywere we went was either booked or outragous in price, and one hotel told us they would have to charge a late check in fee of 50! Finally I went inside the Crowne Plaza, and the night desk attendent said he only had a King bed room available. I told him there were 3 of us and we needed two beds. He happily gave us a roll out bed free of charge and the price of the room was very reasonable! When we saw the room I was amazed at the trendy decor and how clean and beautiful the room was! There was a balcony were you could walk out on. The bed was absolutly AMAZING and the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in!! (my husband agrees!) They had alot of little extras in the room which was nice lke a sleeping mask, bottled Aquafina, LOTS OF PILLOWS very soft ones! I do agree about the valet being 35 that is a bit high, and my husband owns a valet company, but parking in Chicago is very expensive no matter were you go. Overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was VERY NICE. My husband and I are actually leaving today to Chicago to pick up another car and I will be going to the Crowne Plaza again tonight! :)

Very willing to help in many situations. Nothing. Perfect for what we were using it for. Made up short vacation on the spur of the moment.

This hotel charges * per night for parking, with no other options for parking. This was not explained to me when booking the room. The hotel was full and when leaving I called for a bellman 30 minutes in advance, as suggested. After 35 minutes I called again and was told a bellman would be "right up". After 20 more minutes I finally carried my own luggage to the lobby. While in the elevator I was with 2 bellman going down to the lobby with no luggage! The bellman and service employees must ride the same elevators as guests so much delay in elevator service. They obviously don't have enough elevators.

Enjoyed the hotel. Was there for a conference. Bad side is that it isn't right downtown. It's close, but you have to take a taxi to get around. Good side: clean room, nice beds, free internet.

The staff at this hotel is just remarkable. They went out of their way to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The decor of this hotel is very edgy and contemporary and designed for your total comfort. I would definitely return the next trip to Chicago. Make sure you try the chocolate martini in their Martini Bar. Dine the restaurant in the hotel is a definite must, or there are 10-15 other restaurants to choose from only blocks from the hotel.

We had to call a few times about technical issues in the room. There is only valet in and out parking, and, when you walk out the door you can see your car (less than 50 feet away, valet parking not needed, but no choice.

The location employees very helpful as it was my first time in Chicago. Nothing. I would and have told how great our stay was to family and friends.

Be Warned! Price on this hotel is misleading since the valet parking is 35/night and it is mandatory!

Room was ok I got it on a package deal so i don't know what I paid exactly. but not worth more than $150 a night.

Comfortable, convenient and clean. Nice place, very clean and friendly staff.

The price on this hotel is deceptive. They charge $35/day for valet parking and you don't have a choice. Even if you park your car it is $35/day. Seems pretty outrageous.

The hotel was very comfortable and chic.

Contemporary room layout and design. Parking prices not included and expensive . Most of the Hotel Staff were very friendly, the woman at the counter for check-in was not very friendly. You could hear some noise through the walls from the next room, for instance the blow dryer. But, the rooms were decorated nicely. The front Lobby was not very impressive compared to the pictures online. However, the rest of the hotel was very clean. Security was great, keys needed for elevators.
