When we arrived there were no towels in our room, the remote to the tv did not work, the channels we did get had a lot of static. We had to sit close to the window to get wireless service, the business center well there were 2 computers that worked but neither printer worked, needless to say the little business I had to conduct was very frustrating. We usually always stay at a Crowne Plaza when traveling, this one we would not go back to.

Very comfortable bed. This was a one night stay which I made at the last minute. I really enjoyed my stay here and felt the bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Dallas.

We went to the hotel twice in three weeks. The first time everything was great. Great room, pool, jacuzzi, room service. The second time we were there, everything was great except the pool was cold and the jacuzzi was cold. My wife really loved the sleeping CD and lavender spray that was in our room. She instantly fell asleep while listening to the soothing sounds that were on that CD. I loved the movie we ordered right from the TV in our room ""Spiderman 3"". Room service was very speedy and good.

I would not stay again. Arrived exhausted at 1 a.m. after an extremely long day and a 4 hour drive, and needed to leave by 9 a.m. So I was looking forward to a quick entry to my room, finding everything in order, and getting as much sleep as I could. When I arrived, the employee at check in wanted me to put a parking tag in my car, which was a pretty good distance from the desk. He did say then that I wouldn't get a ticket, but it helped with security. Normally, I would have no problem with the request, but as exhausted as I was, I simply wanted to hear that it wouldn't be necessary. When I got to my room I got ready for bed and found the sink clogged. Shortly after, I needed to purchase a water, and found the vending machine on my floor not working. When I tried to retrieve the change from it, I found the change return dirty with a sticky substance. I then had to go to the main floor to find a working vending machine. I let the front desk attendant know that the machine was not working, and didn't even receive an apology. Generally, I travel with my family, and I would not take them there. The clogged sink made me wonder how much cleaning is actually done around the sink. It had to have been noticed by employees as it filled immediately. This hotel may be fine for business travelers. There appeared to be very little surrounding the hotel other than business buildings. It was located next to a highway. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Additionally, I have to admit I was too tired to pursue a new room when I discovered the plumbing problem. So I don't know how well the problem would have been resolved. It may have been handled very well. Unfortunately, this was a night I needed it to be right the first time around, and it wasn't. I never feel like I should have to hassle to make things comfortable, when I have already paid in expectation of quality. This is why I could not recommend.

Locations was close to the medical clinic. There were not towels in the room. I had to call for towels. Overall, this hotel was fine. There were only a few problems (no towels in the hotel room when I arrived.)

I reserved a king size room, When i checked in i was given the key to a room with 2 full size beds, When I notified the front desk regarding this, they stated they had ran out of king size rooms, which means they overbooked. I was given no compensation nor an apology. The hallways had a nasty smell. There was no vending machines on the premises. After they also stated there was. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the breakfast buffet was nice- on the spot made omelets, waffles and pancakes with all the other items; gym compact but worth the time. staff very helpful and friendly especially with directions to activities. the 2 negative on this trip was the whirlpool closed and too much chlorine in pool.

Very spacious room. The breakfast is about $16.00. Good room! I was there for a 5 days, the room was kept well every day.

Stayed here for business and had an amazingly comfortable bed. The fitness room has numerous machines and free weights, and looks out at the indoor pool which often has families playing (good for distraction while working out). The location is convenient to downotwn, but is right on the highway so can be loud at times. Ask for a room away from the road.

Reserved a king room online with ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE six months prior to the game. Arrived at Crown Plaza to check in and were informed there were not any king rooms available. Crown Plaza said it was ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE's problem. Spend 45 min on the phone with ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE and they finally admitted they do not guarentee the room you reserve which was not printed on our paperwork. If we had known that we would have booked directly with the hotel. We have stayed at this Crown Plaza for three years with-out any problems. We will NOT return to this hotel next year and will NEVER use ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE again!!!!

We were in town for a funeral and the hotel was very accessable to the freeways. We thought the breakfast buffet was expensive for what was offered. The adult beverages at the bar were WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

Great room! Received phone call with no one on the other end at 2:30 a.m. There were many young people standing outside smoking right at the side entrance. That night the people in the next room were LOUD and appeared to be drunk. I felt really unsafe!

very nice experience - terrific rooms and great customer service would stay there again

The bed was super; everything else was disappointing. The room had a weird smell and there was no trashcan in the bathroom. The staff at check-in were uppity and rude. Never in the entire stay did we ever receive a smile or greeting from anyone at the front desk, even when we had questions. The location was convenient to downtown, but this hotel had a strange vibe, poor lighting, and an odd lay-out. Dallas has better to offer.

I would suggest to have in room snacks and drinks in a refrigerator

Nice size room and free parking. Pool had too much chlorine. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the room was very quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through or visiting Dallas for business or pleasure.

"If you're looking for some quiet and relaxing time for two...this is the hotel for you. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean, beds are very comfortable, service was courteous and pleasant and the breakfast was awesome. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!!!"

I booked the room as a birthday surpise for my husband. We got there late Friday night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing some renovations - they had details about what they were changing etc. in the lobby with an apology for any inconvenience, but we were never disturbed. The room was great - big and comfortable. The bed was great. Room service delivered a paper the next morning at our door (it was waiting when we got up). Plenty of towels - lotsa hot water. Everyone was really nice. We would definitely stay in another Crowne Plaza again if they are all like this one.

The hotel was very nice, the staff responsive, they had to be responcive because they said that Orbitz had not paid with their voucher, and this was a pre-paid for 2 rooms, 3 adults. I offered to pay with my credit card but they declined to let, they said they'd work it out with Orbitz, they must have, I haven't heard a word since. Great internet connectivity, easy and included in the room. Everything in the room was 1st class and pristine clean. No complaints at all. Later after we went to the Dallas Stars Hockey game we had trouble finding something good open at nearly 10pm, so we asked the front desk, he was very helpful, and directed us to a hwy that had many open resturants. Thanks for asking!

Very friendly, and accessible to everything I needed. I did not like the way they cleaned my room on the second day I was there I had to call and ask for the room to get cleaned.
