We didn't have time to do much, but they had a nice game room in the lobby next to the pool. We had enough time for a quick game of pool before check-out.

Is old building with no new facilites. NO thermostat. Holiday Inn express is cheaper and new one. Never going to stay back.

We were in Madison on business for two nights only. We found the amenities perfect for our needs - the wireless for the computer was excellent (according to my co-worker) and the staff was most helpful and pleasant.

Easy to find close to shopping & dining. Nothing.

Our family doesn't get away from home very often. We generally stay at an Express-type hotel and thought we would splurge. Surprisingly, the rates were very fair and even though we paid a little more (than typical), we were very impressed! The service was outstanding....and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. We ate the breakfast buffet in the restaurant and were also pleased to find out that our young kids ate free! Everyone was so very nice, we felt very much "at home". The kids loved the pool! It is located off of the lobby and a beautiful first impression when you walk in the front door. We would not hesitate to come back and stay at the Crowne Plaza Madison---Highly recommended!

We thought the breakfast was included in the price of the room. It was $40.00 for breakfast for 3 people. A lot to pay for scrambled eggs, coffee and juice.

Loved the pool! They charged me for a morning paper.

There were carpet stains (two large pieces were cut out and visibly replaced), and mold in the shower. At best, this was a two to three star hotel. The cost was FAR too much.

The look, feel and appearance of the facility was great, the staff was even better. The room was a bit small for 4 people. The hotel was great. The staff outstanding, the lobby and floor great. This was very good choice. The family and I loved it.

"I'm very impressed from the last time I stayed here. They claim to have the best beds in Madison and they do compared to other hotels I've stayed in. They have also taken their service to a new level, I took the wrong exit and called the hotel for directions and they stayed on the phone with me until I arrived at the hotel--step by step directions! Now that is service!"

The lobby was inviting and spacious. The exterior is not as elegant as the interior. The Crowner Plaza Madison is much better than the Madison Concourse that I also stayed in. There is not question.

"The atrium was great with the pool, jacuzzi, and game room. The rooms were clean, very quiet, and the beds super comfortable. The extras were a nice touch(Linen spray, sleep CD, eye shade, and ear plugs) Would definitely recommend to others"

The rooms were pretty and the hallways were inviting. The lobby was also very nice! Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Clean, convenient to highway 90. A good value on the outskirts. Modern, quiet rooms and an open entry-way with large pool.

Very nice area pool, game room, etc. Beds weren't as comfy as advertise. Nice 3* hotel in a easy to access location. Pool and atrium area was really nice and well kept. Hotel lobby was very clean and looked beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

That Starbucks offered a $5 breakfast. Starbucks ignored me and went to the man behind me for service. This hotel was exactly what I expected as I had stayed here before. The breakfast was a little expensive for two days, so I brought Starbucks % 5 meal which as satisfactory. My family enjoyed the spa. Yes, I would definitely stay here again.

The friendly service, the microwave in the ice room, super quiet.

Good location. No attention by staff to requests; they did not replace a bulb in spite of my requests. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was expensive.

Spacious suite. Lousy & inept restaurant service. I liked the room accommodations & easy access to the freeway.
