Good location, easy to find and gain access too. Staff and accommodation both excellent. We had a very good evening meal in the restuarant, well presented, cooked and served.

Location; free WiFi. Television channel selection limited. Though not a 4-star hotel, it is definitely 3.5 at least. The location is amazingly convenient; the room size is adequate; the amenities in both room and hotel are mostly good.

The rooms felt more like a hospital room than a hotel. Staff were nice. Hotel was definitely close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

We very much enjoyed this hotel, location and activities we could walk to. The facility and staff are top notch. We had been in London for six nights and the best food we had in England was in Liverpool, excellent variety and quality of restaurants. We took in a football (soccer) match and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. If you like the Beatles, make sure you lookinto the Fab Four Taxi Tour it was GREAT! We can't wait to return to Liverpool and stay at the Crown Plaza.

The location is right next to Albert Docks and the developments on the Mersey. Weird hot/cold tub. Not terribly relaxing. This is a wonderful hotel in a great spot right at the waterfront next door to the Three Graces (wikipedia them). From here you'll have no trouble enjoying the waterfront developments, the fun and artsy Albert Docks, the Mersey river, the great Downtown shopping and the many local pubs. We didn't know what to expect in Liverpool, but this hotel made our trip a success.

Excellent!Excellent place to stay, staff very friendly and very good with families like us with young children, would recommend them very highly and will have absolutely no hesitation in using them again.I will be using them again hopefully later in the year for a shopping trip!! The hotel facilities are also top class and well a visit. The bistro is serviced by very friendly and helpful staff who are capable in dealing with children and the food was very very good!

Great value for Money Check in was problem free, room was lovely and clean with bottled water on arrival. Restaurant was a bit pricey, so we chose to eat at a Mexican restaurant in the centre instead.Staff were very friendly and helpful - would return.

Way beyond my expectation. When we arrived the concierge, a gentleman called Frank, greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us to the booking-in desk. The room was very good with a view over the river and the Liver building. The evening meal and wine selection was superb. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Liverpool.
