This hotel was awesome! I travel all the time for work and the service levels are unmatched. It's in a great location and the decor is fabulous. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

It was quiet and clean. There was very little selection in vending machines.

The entire staff was very friendly and accomodating. OUr waiter made our dining experience even more pleasant. The food was great and service was timely. We had a good night's sleep as our room was comfortable and quiet. Would defenitely stay there again!

Nice location. The staff here is neither friendly nor helpful. Our bed was so badly broken down that it was nearly impossible to sleep in. When we informed the front desk of the problem, they seemed both uninterested in making it better for future guests, and didn't seem concerned about the problem as we encountered it. We were told we would be given a follow up call. A week later, and we still haven't heard a word!

I was shocked when I pulled up to see the renovations! This hotel is like something you'd find in a major metropolitan area. Very sleek and modern. The plasma tvs in the room was cool. Plus every person there spoke to me and asked me about my stay. I felt like a VIP.

The overall atmosphere and friendliness of staff was spectacular. The shower did not drain well and air conditioner was loud sometimes. The staff was anxious to please and when we made it known that we weren't pleased with the noise they moved us immediately and they were very nice. The rooms were nice and our stay was very pleasant.

I was shocked to see the amazing renovations of this hotel. It looks like something you would see in a major metropolitan city! The service was equal to the facility. EVERYONE smiled and spoke to me.

"This is a good value hotel, especially for one with free wireless, a restaurant and a bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I thought the decor was a little dowdy and depressing though. Overall it was a fine place to stay but there are other comparable place in the Little rock area I prefer even though they don't have a restaurant or bar."
