Nice hotel but the location is such that there are no fast food places within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is ok but overpriced. the deli is ok but has very little selection except for krispy kreme donuts, muffins, some salads and cold sandwiches. room was not cleaned the last day of our stay. Might try a different one next time.

Clean with comfortable beds. Very close to LAX.

We needed a place close to the airport for an early a.m. flight, and for after we returned. This was a good location for the money. Shuttle bus was good. Bellmen were helpful. Room was fine, not great. You could hear the planes taking off. However, the surrounding buildings blocked some of the noise. We did get upgraded with priority club on our first nights stay, but not on the return stay. (Some front desk personnel better than others.) Business center worked well, and was a bit cheaper than the lobby kiosks. We would stay again providing the rate was good.

I booked here due to location, but was scared to death after reading previous reviews! No worries! Beds have white sheets, pillows and comforters. Very clean! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great for a one night stay but not for families, since there are no micro's or fridges in rooms.

The staff was very accommodating and although the food was expensive, it was good.

I went to LA for summer vacation with my other friend about 2 years ago and this hotel was fine. That was my first time in LA and luckily we did our research before we went cause the people at the front desk didn't know any tourist attractions nor how to get there. The hotel is very close to the metro line(within 10 min of walking) and we got everywhere using public transportation. There weren't enough towels in the bathroom they had one or two and I had to call the front desk to request some more. All and all, good hotel for an affordable price but i will not be coming here again.

From the check-in to the check-out, everything was good.At the front desk, we're received by the manager and he's cool and very friendly. The check-out was zoom-fast also, the lady at the front desk was ver friendly too.The bad thing here was that we booked a non-smoking room at the travel agency, but they booked a smoking one, so they did us wrong not the hotel, but otherwise, even though its a smoking room its ok, esp. since we didnt spend too much time there.Loved the fact that they ve got a Starbucks and Krispy Kreme at the lobby, besides the restaurants and pizza place. Lovely.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions plus give us tips on where to go and what site to see. The rooms are nice and clean and housekeeping was great (neat and timely). The staffing in the gift shop can be a little more efficient as they are never there. The swimming pool area is quite small and could be very crowded with just a 3 or 4 people.

The location was excellent. Dirty windows, carpets, they didnt even try to get the smoke smell out of the room. Good location. However the parking in a lot adjacent to the hotel that is shared with a business lot. The attention to cleanliness was just not there. The carpets in the room were dirty. Someone had dripped and left a trail. That was not cleaned. A little air freshener can go a long way also. The windows were filthy.

Staff: I believe front desk staff is insensitive and uncooperative upon check-in, I was assigned undesirable accommodations. The quality of the rooms were out-dated, one room in particular had stained and tattered carpet, smelly bed cover, filthy windows, unclean bathroom, and broken furniture. The room price for this hotel is too expensive for an overall rating of minus zero, but in fairness it deserves one star for close proximity to LAX International Airport.

The rooms are not clean, I found a packet of crackers behind my bed when I lost the remote. The staff was VERY rude. I had a question about the cost of the internet and the person simply cut me off and transfered me. After being on hold for a while I called back and told them not to transfer me. After the person listened they easily answered my question. But the restraunt is nice and it is so close to LAX that I would stay again for one night travel. I think the hotel may be writing those 5 star reviews!

I came into town for business so the location to the airport was quite convenient. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The floor that I was on smelled like a musty bar (someone may have been smoking on my floor). My room was clean, however, the carpet needed to be replaced and the room smelled like urine. And because it was so close to the airport, I had to keep the a/c on all night to drown out the airport noise and the traffic on the street below. I had 3 meals at the restaurant and all were excellent. The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. On a negative note: the restaurant chairs (all 3 times) were terribly soiled and there were fruit flies all over the dessert buffet.

Location, free shuttle and access to beach via trolly. Hall leading to room was dirty and needed more coffee in room. We enjoyed our stay with clean comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff and close to the airport. The free shuttle was easy to find and very convenient even with our 10 large suitcases.

Spacious room-good cable tv package-great valet and concerige service-excellent dining at Shula's 348 next door-century blvd is long and takes you through some rough neighborhood right off the freeway-the further east you start on the blvd the worse it will be-hotel itself felt like it was very safe-close to airports but room sound proofed it seemed-excellent stay

Visited the Getty Center for a recognition program. Hotel was not what I'm use to with Crowne Plaza. Outside temp was kind of cold for LA. (62degrees) room was cold. Did not have body soap (only facial). I really bragged on the Crowne to my daughter who wanted to stay in a Double Tree. It didn"t live up to my expectations and I love the Crowne. I asked if they could look up my priority member number and they informed me I could only get it from the U.K.

Location to LAX was great and long term parking was right there. The hotel was obviously a cheap chain and has not been remodeled. All rooms are on the smoking floor. I didn't realize there was a hotel in CA that still let people smoke. It was a cheaper chain at one time I guess since the carpets and furniture need replacing. The beds were comfortable and upgraded, old TV's.

What a wonderful visit. The staff treated us with the utmost respect from the front-desk, like Garret and Johnie, to the bell man, and especially the front-door / valet men, like Renato and Luis. We especially enjoyed the hospitality that John Teklic extended to us. My family had three rooms and parking spot for rental. We enjoyed the pool, rooms, work-out facility, and bar/dining areas. We had lots of fun staying here and would highly recommend it. We used the business center on more than one occasion. I attended a conference call and used the computer/printer without incident for my job while on vacation. It was well worth the time and money spent here. We had ages ranging from 6 years to 76 years in age and all had a good time. We will visit again. Although the bathrooms served their purpose, they could be more modern with more amenities for today's standards. Linda from Boston.

When I first arrived at this hotel I seen the dirty carpet, and asked for another room, the young man that worked here came to take me to another room and told me It was still going to have dirty carpet, it did, he then took me to another one and it was the same, he told me even the $800.00 suites have dirty carpet and dirty furniture this hotel have nevered been updated, he told me to complain because employees complaining did not work.
