Clean friendly great location and a wonderful restaurant with good room service. Not applicable. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the fact that it was clinically clean with a wonderful accommodating staff and even though it was not in the city center. It was easy to go into the city whether you went via bus or taxi.

Great welcome from reception staff and a delightful hotel, nice to see an old building put to good use. Had a great room , large and airy, but spoiled by noise from smokers outside reception area...christmas party time! Need to work on cleanliness....minibar full of mold, lack of attention to detail in rooms....a shame...but will stay here again.

Very Convenient for Liverpool and the AirportA hotel with a unique atmosphere well situated for both Liverpool airport and the City.Good bar food. At less than £100 for bed and breakfast it offers good value.

Had my car vandalised badly in the car park. Smashed windscreens. No CCTV or help from the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

Art Deco styleStay here often. Expensive at full rate. Great value if less than £100 / night. Great art deco style, clean, well equiped, used to be top of Marriot tree - still maintained well now its Crown plaza

The staff at check in were extremely helpful and accomodating.My only criticism of our entire stay was the bar prices.£23.80 for 2 double Vodkas, 1 double Jack Daniels and a pint of lager is very expensive.That said, the hotel and it's staff are excellent and we will return, hopefully for longer next time.

Lovely hotel. stayed for girlfrriends birthday. it is within 10 minutes of nice restaurants and bars in Woolton and Allerton Road. Nice feiendly staff. clean room. no minibar but by the prices at the hotel bar im not complaining! no problems would use again

I would highly recommend this hotel, it was excellent value for money. The room was big and clean, the bed was lovely and the staff were helpful. Considering it is an airport hotel it is also cheap and quick to get in to the city centre by taxi. It was also a bonus being able to use the David Lloyd next door. The one small niggle was that when we checked in and went up to our room there were various empty bottles of wine outside many of the rooms in the corridor. It wasn't a big deal but just looked a bit scruffy!
