Room was very clean and had some nice extras such as a good night sleep kit including lavender linen spray, an eye mask, ear plugs, and a Sony Dream Machine with a relaxation CD included. It was slightly noisy in the hallways-the rooms aren't very well insulated so you could hear people opening and closing their doors in the hallway, but it wasn't unbearable. Unless you want fast food there isn't much to eat in the area either. The hotel restaurant looked nice, but of course it was pricey. The location isn't in the safest neighborhood, but close to the airport and Jackson Memorial Hospital, which was why we were there. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Helpfulness of Brandion in Reservations, 24 hour airport shuttle, hotel close to airport, soundproof rooms, good breakfast buffet. Nothing. Helpful staff, rooms were quiet (we did not hear even 1 airplane), beds were comfortable, buffet was very good.

I stayed at this hotel the night before I left on a cruise. The hotel is very nice inside and the room was very nice with a very confortable bed. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel is located on a noisy street, however, you can't hear any noise from outside at all. I never even heard an airplane go by. The staff was friendly and I would definately stay there again for sure!

staff was helpful. Pool and sauna were great. quick and easy shuttle to the airport. Room service was fast but was expensive. the food was ok. It would have been great but the hotel charged us again for our room when we had already paid in full through orbitz. they corrected it but I would definitely check your statements when returning home.

Room was very spacious. Walls are too thin - can hear neighbor's TV. Overall, very nice hotel. Room and public areas looked clean. Use of the business a definite plus.

Maybe one item which is bothering me. Why do a gast of the hotel needs to pay for the parking space. It cost me 15.00 dollar for one night. That should be a service of the hotel. Find a sollution for it.

We just stayed one night on our journey. It is a super clean hotel. Very nicely appointed. Great beds. We like to walk to near by places and there were none, that was our only complaint. But then it does have it's own restaurant and bar. I would definetly stay there again.

The Crown Plaza was not the expected hotel. The breakfast was very expensive. The people on the front desk does not have a good customer service . the General Manager was very professional. The only good was that it is very close to the airport.

Most comfortable beds. Food in restaurant. The reception staff was extremely helpful. We we placed on a quiet floor - no kids or groups allowed. The beds and bedding were outstanding. I had the best sleep ever in a hotel.
