This stay was amazing. If they were paying me to review them I'd give them a great review for free. The staff was always prompt and courteous, the atmosphere tasteful and lovely, the facilities well maintained, the rooms professionally cleaned, and the beds VERY comfortable. What made this hotel stand out, however, even with all that was the restaurant staff. [...], [...], and [...] were fantastic, had a bright, fun, enthusiastic attitude, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and befriended, all while never failing to provide great service and personal attention. If there is a system of acknowledgment and reward when these reviews are received, please take this review as the highest praise possible for all three of these staffers. If I need a hotel in this area again or a restaurant, I'll be back. The prices, to my astonishment, in the Northern Lights were what I would have expected to pay for fast food, yet, of course, the reality of the meals we were served far exceeded them in quality. All in all, a truly praiseworthy and economical choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the rooms with the view of the lobby, which is huge. Rooms don't have fridge or microwave.

I stayed on the 3rd floor. The beds were wonderful and the bathrooms looked like new. I really liked the lighted makeup mirror. Actually, most of the hotel looked like it was recently renovated. We had a great stay!

Stayed at the hotel for a costume convention and noticed right away that even though the hotel staff was nice and welcoming, the room service staff was quite the opposite. The hotel was in a great location though with tons of restaurants and quaint shops near by and even had a post office and major banks right down the road.

Excellent room. No refrigerator in room or microwave oven.

Great hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and the most comfortable bed ever at any hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Good food. Totally enjoyed the facilities, the wireless internet was very fast and easy to use and the fitness center was HUGE. The location is nice, used the light rail to go downtown. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Baltimore.

The willingness of the staff to resolve any and all issues, the room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent . The restaurants as overpriced.

Was given a very small, poorly lit room with an uncomfortable single, twin bed with a view of Rt 83 (room 436) Took a long shower in the morning, and the pipes must have been leaking because it swamped the carpet in the closet. The elavators are extremely slow and small. Check in was also very slow since they had only 1 person at the desk. The lobby was dark and depressing.NOT commensurate to other hotels with similar rates.

Located in a great part of the town, beautiful in appearance. Crown Plaza is a beautiful hotel. I had called earlier and asked if I could be assured of having a room w/double beds and was told yes! When I arrived to check-in, I was told there were no more rooms w/double beds. I reminded them of their promise and who I had spoken to. I was given a roomwith double beds. Thanks. Our bathroom could have used a make-over. The lamp between the beds did not work, and the temp. control was difficult to operate even after asking for advice on how to operate. Overall, the rrom and the hotel was okay

Room-to-room noise and hallway (doors slamming) noise.

Clean. No smoking room no microwave and the room was small. I would never stay at a Marriott Hotel again, they don't allow smoking anymore and no microwave- and the room was small that is whyI did not extend my stay if I am at a hotel for more than 7 days than I need to be comfortable and smoking is a personal choice.

Room was nice and the check in staff was nice as well as the maids. They had a couple of functions here and you can not avoid the noise due to how the rooms are set up. A nice hotel, not great and not better than the Hilton, they charged me for a refrigerator and I was here 2 weeks.

The rooms were well appointed. TV was old and pillows very uncomfortable. Good 3 star hotel. Getting a bit run down, worth it.

I liked the king size bed and the large bathroom. The room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious but I would have liked to have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. We also had a problem with the sink in the bathroom and a very loud air conditioner/heater. We asked for both to be looked at but only the sink was fixed. Since we were only staying one more night I didn't press the issue.

The room was very comfortable, and very clean. Would have liked some type of breakfast included. The Crowne Plaza was a very nice, clean hotel, located in Timonium Maryland. We stayed in a King non-smoking room, and it was appointed with a comfortable chair and ottoman. Everything was very clean, and our heating unit worked well. It was our home away from home for a few days, and we totally enjoyed our time there. We would recommend the hotel to friends and family, and would return.
