Everything. Nothing. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and pleasant to be in. It was clean and close to everywhere we had to go. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family for their stay.

The Hotel was very nice, the room was large and the king sized bed very comfy. Great water pressure in the shower. The work out room is modern and spacious. The pool area is beautiful. If you get the chance to dine in, try the soup at Sheffields. I had the tomato and the split pea and both were delicious!

The desk clerk in the morning was exceptionally friendly. The price (through Priceline) was quite reasonable. The location was some distance from where we were visiting. The room was clean and inviting. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

I stayed at this hotel in august, and although the hotel itself was fine, the service is not great. First, I had ordered a package that included breakfast and they did not give me a breakfast voucher so I went I went down in the morning for breakfast they were all confused. THEN, I had prepaid for the room through Travelocity, however, they wanted my credit card for incidentals. Then they charged my card for the amount of the room, so I am now being charged twice for the same night's stay. Luckily I had noticed this on my credit card statement. I called the hotel on THREE separate days trying to get in touch with someone to refund me the amount of the room. I kept getting told to call back the next day and the last person SAID it was going to be refunded and I checked my credit card transactions and it hasn't be refunded. I was tired of spending all this time calling them back and getting the runaround so I filed a dispute through my credit card so THEY could try to get my money back. now it's in dispute...over a month later. Choosing to stay at this hotel has created such a headache! Spare yourself the trouble of staying here because their staff is non-responsive to your problems.

Location to Middletown. Inner courtyard rooms suffer from noise from the pool area.

The bed. The television, internet, no refrigerator. The hotel is fine for a night or two but is not ideal. The internet service is not reliable. The television is outdated and the reception is poor. The bathroom is much too small and cramped.

Comfortable beds - clean room. Unattractive entrance area.

Convenience, refrigerator in room, nice painting above bed, and nice towels. Windows don't open, bathroom was cramped, bed linens cheap and itchy, soaps cheap, TV no contrast Its okay. Not my favorite, but okay for the price.

Located near Wesleyan University and our room overlooked the lovely pool. Weight room equipment was not well-maintained. This lovely hotel was only a short drive to Wesleyan University, where we were visiting. My son appreciated the free WiFi in the room and full range of cable channels. It had a great pool and the staff was very accommodating.

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Especially housekeeping. Convenience of the elevator. Very good stay. Will definitely stay again when I go back in March.

I liked that there were restaurants close by. Didn't like the hotel menu/restaurant. Good location; close to several restaurants. Clean. Free parking; plenty of handicap parking. Quiet away from pool area.

The flowers/ plants in the lobby were sensational! I was very pleased with this place, the heater worked perfect, it was quiet and a very good, safe experience! The special relaxation treats were perfect for a tired traveler!

Spacious rooms and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Most of the food I had in the restaurant wasn't that good. Nice hotel with a great staff. Restaurant doesn't have the greatest food but their chicken tenders are a safe bet.

The front desk staff! The paint around the pool was cracked in places.

Location to the highway. No electricity in room when I arrived, toilet kept running. I would not recommend this hotel to friends. The staff was not pleasant at check-in, the room was no where near 3-star, the toilet was running forever, the electricity didn't work at all when I got there, and it took 20 minutes to get it on. This is after a 9 hour drive.

Price. The decor was old and not sufficient for business needs. The Inn is ok if you cannot find another place.

I'm definitely satisfied with the entirety of my stay. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway (I-91). The room was very clean and well-appointed. I was surprised to see a refrigerator and microwave. Free high speed internet was definitely a plus. The work area was amble and had a very relaxing work chair. The bed was very comfortable. The room service was extremely reasonable and surprisingly very good. But I can honestly say I had no issues with this hotel. With that in mind, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great roast beef sandwich from room service. Very dated.

Clean approachable staff. Small bathrooms. Stairwells need painted, cleaned. My family had a wonderful visit at the Crown Plaza in Cromwell, CT. Located in an excellent safe area with easy access to major roads. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Beds are comfortable. Wireless internet signal is weak in most of the hotel. Front desk staff competence questionable. Rooms could use renovation. Building layout not real accommodating. TV's are old and they do not have any premium channels. Wireless internet is free, but not a good signal in most rooms and areas of hotel. Beds are comfortable. Liked that they have small market next to front desk.
