It was a very well kept Hotel, lovely rooms, nice pool. The hotel was very nice as far as cleanliness and gorgeous rooms. The service was not great at all. Nice way to start a Honeymoon. How embarrassing!

This Ramanda is not an offical Ramada, the rooms are filthy! Service is awful. Pool should be totally re-done. Sheets were dirty, dust all over the carpet, toliet was rusty and dirty. The heater did not work the carpet in the hallway is a saftey hazzard as it is all bunched up. Heed this advice stay at the Sheraton!

Helpful staff, good room service. House keeping staff needs improvement. Hotel is under remodel so a little messy. Great staff. Housekeeping staff needs more direction. Will stay there again.

this hotel is horrible i can not belive how dirty everything was. the carpet in the hallway sticks up by about 4 inch bunches

The ""owner/manager"" was extremely rude when we complained about several issues with our room. I will never stay here again!

Iron didn't work. TV was changed twice. Changed rooms when we discovered door wouldn't lock.
