The bed was fabulous. There was a stong chlorine smell from the lobby pool. Reasonably priced, great location, friendly staff. I recommend it!

Our family has chosen several hotels in the Greeneville, SC location. The Crowne Plaza has it all for a family or a single person traveling on business. We stay for 2 nights and 3 days. Our trips to the hotel were based on the military drill weekends. I didn't have to go with him for his drill weekend but he would use the Crowne Plaza as my get away. They have beds that are so comfortable, the Queen size is HIGHLY recomended. The indoor pool, is kept very clean, so clean that in one of my stay's was drained to bring it to code. In all 8-12 stay's the pool was shut down once and that was very understood. When I had asked about the unavailable pool, I was shuttled with my kids to another location nearby. Thank you!

The bed was very comfortable. No continental breakfast. I have not stayed anywhere else recently that didn't offer that. The Crowne Plaza was a great hotel with a very nice room that included a comfortable bed. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I would have for this hotel is to begin offering a continental breakfast like every other hotel. Other than that, this was a great hotel in a great location.

"Rooms were very clean. Brand new shower curtain and towels. Hotel seems to have been recently renovated, it is very nice overall. Staff friendly, clean pool, nice exercise room and business facility, nice bar, just a very comfortable hotel. I will look for reasons to come to Greenville to stay here again!"

We stayed at this hotel with our three young children. The indoor was pool was perfect, and in a great location, easily accessible to the elevators, dining hall, gym, etc. Loved the bar in lobby. Breakfast was wonderful each morning, very healthy choics. Close to a lot of things in town. Very friendly staff. Nice size rooms. We had a great overlook onto lobby. I would ask for that again when we return. We had a wonderful stay.

Lobby area and staff was nice. Horrible! The plumbing, the toilet, the television in room was bad. They gave me buffet vouchers and free movies. That day, was not allowed to use voucher, and movies did not work. The light in the restroom did not work in new room, the hassle of having to pack and move to another room. Very disappointing all around.

The front desk clerk! He was marvelous and they are lucky to have him, his name is Rodney and he deserves an award for excellence in customer service. I had to leave to soon andI was there for business not pleasure.

Near restaurants, not far off interstate, close to downtown. The window a/c unit was loud and woke me up several times. Definitely a good deal (via Priceline) - nice accommodations, near the interstate, plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby, not far from downtown and Fur man.

The room, bathroom and beds were clean and fresh. Our view was of the roof andAC system (we were on the 4th floor). I found the hotel to be clean both inside and out. The staff was pleasant, the room was quiet even though we were near the elevator. The beds were comfortable. Although we did not use it, an up-scale restaurant was attached to the hotel and I am sure a good meal would have been provided. We would have enjoyed a balcony but this was not a necessity.
