The internet access at this hotel was unusable.

Clean elevators smelled. No pool. Tiny bathrooms. Charge to park. If you just want a place to crash and can get a good deal on priceline here's your place. There air condition in hall and lobby was out HOT. The bathrooms are very tiny, have seen bigger at super8. Parking not provided. (6.00 Fee). Pool was still out of service. This motel does not meet 3 star quality. They may have a the perks (but not working). Will not stay again. PS staff not very freindly.

Great hotel, great staff, great location! I stay in a lot of hotels and this is honestly one of my favorites. They have some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I would recommend it for business travelors (Priority Club Points!), couples looking to get away and even for families or sporting teams. I stayed here on business a few times and then brought my son's entire soccor team here for a tournament. Every time, the staff has bent over backwards to take care of us. I have found prices to be typicalloy be very competive with other hotels in the area. However, one time they were a little higher than a couple of surrounding hotels, and I called and asked for the sales department and they took care of me. If you are shopping around and notice this, I suggest you do the same and I would be they would come up with a competive offer for you. Just my humble opinion... Jon

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was pretty accommodating. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I think they have done a nice job updating the rooms and linens. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. It seemed like the staff took a long time cleaning up room service dishes which was a bit of a turn-off to me.

Unfortunately, the CR Crowne Plaza doesn't provide the same experience as other 5 Seasons hotels. Dated interior with few non-smoking rooms with a king bed. The pool and exercise room are nothing more than adequate. The location is good and this is your only option downtown. If possible, stay on North side of town on Collins Rd or nearby.

Neat decor. Exercise room was a joke. Cannot set up desk to work while watching television. For a business traveler who wants to do some work in the evening and work out, this is not your hotel. The workout room was in a conference room with one television on a roller stand. The television is positioned so that it is impossible to view while working at the desk. Everything else, including staff, was great. But these two items are the biggest parts of my satisfaction when traveling on business.

My family and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for my son?s Soccer Tournament. The Hotel was easy to get to from Interstate 380. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The kids loved the pool. I would recommend this hotel to anybody with a family or on a business trip. I usually don't sleep very well in hotel rooms but at the Crowne Plaza, the beds are great, I didn?t have any problems at all.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Could hear noise through the walls easily.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and as promised. The parking was dismal. The hotel has a ramp but they charge 6 a day to park. The bell staff are of no use at all. The desk clerk upon check in was totaly aloof and offered no information at all. I had to ask what my room number was.

Very easy to find and right by major highways. Entertainment was close by. Pool was under renovations and did not have this updated. The room was great. The bed very comfortable and even had flat screen TV. Was disappointed in the staff a little. Night manager was a little rude. If you stay hear it is $6 a night to park and was bothered that hotel did not cover it.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. Room was lovely and clean. It was understandable, but a bit of an inconvenience that the pool was closed due to flood damage. Please fix soon, for the kids sake. We enjoyed our room very much. We weren't there a lot, but it was very clean, had comfy beds, and we felt a bit pampered by the quality. The rooms have been recently re-done, and are quite nice. It was quiet on the 11th floor, our room service was prompt, and the ice machine was nearby. Every employee seemed friendly, and professional. There's a great coffee/danish/sandwich shop, called The Blue Strawberry, nearby the hotel also.

Good price on Priceline. Downtown area is oddly deserted.

Spacious room. Television didn't work correctly, even after they came to attempt to fix. Left to bottles of lotion and no shampoo in room. Needs maintenance on televisions in rooms. Maintenance personnel told us they are having a problem with all their televisions not changing channels as they should, etc.

A bit empty; The downtown area is still recovering from a major flood and the volume of hotel guests, or lack therefor was obvious.

The room was beautiful. Shower never got hot. No hot water!

Room very comfortable and clean/everything worked/nice gym. There was no whirlpool, and the swimming pool was closed due to renovations/no king bed in our room. We would stay again, but would have preferred a king size bed. It was very disappointing the pool was under renovation this is our 1 must haves in a hotel to relax.

It was centrally located for everythingI wanted to do. The visitor across the hall went in and out all night and made lots of noise. Very beautiful, luxurious. They charged extra for parking in the ramp, otherwise it was street parking but that was available since it was the weekend.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I really enjoyed the beautiful king size bed and comfortable linens. The sleep aids were also helpful. Great location, close to everything downtown and easy access to the highway and suburbs.
