I stayed here in 2006 and found everything to be fantastic. I booked the room on a discount accommodation web site, so when I arrived and politely requested if there was a possibility of getting a room on the river side, I didnt think I would. The girl checking me in said, "Im just checking if I can upgrade you right now". She put me in a fantastic room with views of both falls. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

The bell service lost my luggage and I stayed there without all my stuffs. They ruined my trip. It was terrible. They gave you $40 gift card for dinner, but you have to eat around $150 to $200 in order to claim it. I went to Marriott and Hilton before, they didn't have condition at all. It was a bad experience for me in this hotel.

Rooms on the small side, rooms not on the falls side have a lovely view of a parking deck. Roof top restaurant is over priced (like much in the area, it is above average though). Location is great, very close to the falls.

There was some kind of sound that came from the hall way andI couldn't sleep. It actually kept me up all night. The ear plugs provided did not do the job. We had called to have the sheet changed cause there was hair all over them.

lovely hotel / clean / Nice staff but only for a short stay as the room was very small we were there for three nights as we were travelling around so we had two suit cases and we had to ask the maid to take out the desk chair to store the cases aside. Also the restaurant was well Worth a visit for the food and the view

When we arrived at 7PM our room was not ready and we ended up standing around in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for housekeeping to prepare our room. The front desk staff was not very helpful and acted as though having us wait for our room was a standard procedure despite the fact that check-in is at 3PM. The rooms are incredibly small, although they did have a nice view of the American Falls. The beds were rather uncomfortable but the bedding was clean and the bathroom appeared to have been recently updated. The restaraunt, which we had dinner at the night of our arrival, had decent food at moderate prices and a nice view but the service was awful. We waited 10 minutes before our server stopped setting the tables next to us to even take our drink order. Once we ordered, the drinks and food took forever to arrive and getting the check when we were done eating was no small feat either! The hotel is located at the foot of Rainbow Bridge and it is quite a hike to Horseshoe Falls. The other attractions, however, were relatively close including several chain restaraunts, a casino and the indoor waterpark which were all accessible from inside the hotel. Parking at the hotel was a pain as the garage is not attached to the hotel so you had to take an elevator to a certain floor and then transfer to another elevator to get to your room. Parking cost * per day although you could come and go freely and internet access cost * per day. The pool area was nice although I would have preferred an outdoor pool to the enclosed indoor pool at this hotel. Overall I would not reccomend this hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent; it was just a short walk to the casino (connected via an indoor walkway), the Maid of the Mist landing, and some of the best restaurants in the area. The service was wonderful and included a free room upgrade. The room itself was on the small side but was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view of the American and Canadian Falls!

Across the street from the falls, connected to the casino. The hotel was very nice. I did not expect a room with a view for the price I paid. The view was fantastic! I would not hesitate using this hotel again (or priceline!)

I gave 5 stars on everything. Some says it's not clean but I think this is super for a very beautiful historical hotel. They were also remodeling while we stayed, May 08. It should be even better after all the upgrade. One small window, but I can see both falls just fine. Staffs are super friendly, fast and helpful. Convenient location. We will come back again!!

The staff at the hotel was great at answering our questions about activities nearby and the best place to watch the fireworks over the Niagara Falls. We ate dinner at the Rainbow Room which has one of the greatest views of the Falls and the food was excellent. In the morning, we walked across the street and had breakfast outside at The Secret Garden Restaurant.

Room was very clean. The view window was dirty from rain the night before. We really enjoyed our stay.

this hotel is great. my room was small, but i did not stay in the room long. i could look out my window and see both falls. could walk to clifton hill, casino and alot of other attractions. a good place to eat is at the buffet in the casino.

The location is right next to the falls, so that's convenient, but know the location first. it's extremely cramped on the canadian side of the falls, think of toyko, and so parking is a premium, a la the $15 parking fee. not sure whether the location was worth the parking fee. don't get me wrong, i love the falls -- one of the best attractions in the northeast; so the natural beauty makes up for it all...but is there no middle ground between the cheesiness that is niagara canada and the slightly depressiveness of niagara usa? also, the a/c unit in the room is extremely noisy and the walls are very thin, so you can hear the elevator and your neighbor. on the plus side, the shower in the bathroom feels nice after a long day of sightseeing. the toilet on the other hand is cramped...ladies, this might be the first time you'll be forced to sit sideways in order to fit (and i'm 5 foot 6 and weigh 125 pounds)

Strongly recommend. Noisy AC. Good location, good house keeping andlarge LCD.

its beautiful on the outside, and the lobby, but the rooms are dirty. I had to change the first room because it was dirty and too small. the second room was less dirty, but still small. it felt like a jail cell with a washroom.

We had a great time. We went on the Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, lunch at Skylon Tower, and the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark (in the hotel building - additional cost - coupons available for $10 off). They have fireworks near the falls a couple times every week and holidays.

Strategic position and friendly staff. The room was not so much clean.

We saw this hotel as charming and elegant. Our room was clean and the bed was exceedingly comfortable. We felt that our car was secure and protected in the indoor parking garage, a wonderful asset in the hot summer heat. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area, and my husband greatly apppreciated the coffee maker in the room. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

It was a corner room and the toilet was located in the corner and there was not much room to use it.

Great location andright on the strip. Room was really small, (size of a small bedroom). Since we were there on March Break we received free tickets for Adventure City fun house, SWAT bus, mini golf and bumper cars. This was a great savings and a fun way to spend time.
