Convenient to Ford Amphitheater and very friendly staff. This hotel was very clean and conveniently located to the Ford Amphitheater. The hotel staff was very friendly. They shuttled us to the Amphitheater for a concert and even stayed late to ensure everyone was picked up from the concert. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

The staff was very friendly. The room was exquisite. The food in the restaurant excellent. I would definately stay there again. It's a great place to stay for a business trip or a romantic getaway. It's worth checking out.

The Crown Plaza Hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. The room and separate bathroom were a good size and very clean. However, the bathtub and tile floor were very dated and needed some updating. Although the location is not ideal, it was perfect for my husband and I who were staying 1 night before going on a cruise. We were picked up promptly after our flight arrived by the hotel shuttle and taken to the hotel. The shuttle also took us to and from a restaurant of our choice (there are hundreds to choose from)and even stopped at Walgreens for us to pick up an item we forgot. The next day the shuttle did not have any scheduled stops for the airport so it took us right to the cruise terminal for free. They will also pick you up at the cruise terminal for free if you are staying with the hotel that night. This was the perfect hotel for us and we will stay there again on our next cruise vacation!

Every thing about this hotel was perfect. From the minute we entered the beautiful lobby we knew we were in for a great time. The room was spotless.The staff was very helpful in helping us find a nice place to eat. Although they have a place to eat right there in the hotel we wanted to go into town which is just a short drive away. This hotel is right off the interstate and very easy to get to. I felt totally safe in this hotel. We had a wonderful time and would go back again. Make sure you ask for a map of the area at the front desk. I loved the noon check out! The beds are so comfortable you dont want to get out of it!! Check out the pool..

Our stay at this hotel was so bad we checked out a day earlier than scheduled. First they had the directions online backwards. Once we finally found the place we had to walk a mile from the elevator to our room. The smelled old, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The toilet was very low to the floor. The next morning we were awaken by a loud noise t hat sound like someone was moving furniture, when I called the front desk to complain, they took forever to come check it out; they finally remembered they were cleaning the carpet. This is not worth what we paid.

The Crowne Plaza Tampa East hotel is a beautiful hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and both the bedroom and bathroom were really clean. The only downside is the location of the hotel. It is located in the business district of Tampa. As such, there are no food places or shopping areas located close to the hotel. So unless you're here on business or rent a car you're going to be restricted to what the hotel has to offer in terms of activities and dining.

We were blown away by the waterfall in the lobby - very chic! We were there for a concert. The hotel even had a shuttle to the venue! The room was great and the bed was comfy! Would recommend to anyone - price was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. Location was great 15 minutes from everywhere. Altough the cable tv was not the greatest. Stall was very helpful and always around..

The hotel staff was very friendly when we checked in. They checked us in quickly. When we went right to our room. When we walked in the room it smelled really bad like body odor. We went back to check in and the hotel staff promptly gave us another room. The room was ok(at least it didn't smell). The room had minor things like torn wall paper and peeling ceiling in a couple of spots. For the most part it was clean at least. The beds were not comfortable at all. I think they need some updating. Overall the room was ok but not for the rate we paid. The location was good. We felt very safe.

Liked the friendliness af staff, and overall experience. Especially liked the continental breakfast. Balcony close to A/C units. Ice, vending at other end of long hall. Pleasurable experience. Lobby laid out nicely. Well appointed room. TV remote not in the room, one sent very quickly by staff after I notified them.

Friendly/ kind staff. Free local transpotation provided to the mall ,resturants,airport. The rooms are beautiful and the beds and linens were so comfortable, it was a dream to just lie in the bed. I will stay again.
