The cleanliness of the room was great. The only comment to make was I paid £30 to upgrade the room only to find out the Kit Kat in the room was half eaten and the complementary canpes in the club room was limited. Drinks available were only soft drinks, wine and beer - no spirits. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly

Excellent ServiceI'd read the other reviews and decided this was going to be fine for us. We were going to a theatre in the evening and knew we'd have a longer than normal tube journey to make but it was well worth it. The staff, food, accommodation and service was excellent. All credit to them. They even bailed me out when I cocked up the laptop safe numbers. Their response was prompt and courteous. We'd definitely go again.

Better choice than inner LondonNew hotel on the North Circular. We chose it to avoid the ridiculous inner London hotel prices. Underground station very close. New feel to the rooms, which we liked. Difficult to find by road the first time you go there - entrance is on the roundabout at A40 (don't go down the underpass)! Only reservation is that I think even hotels in these locations are overpriced. Try the Iraqi restaurant next door, but take cash.

Crown Plaza Hanger LaneExcellent location, 2 minutes walk from hanger lane tube with central line access into the city.We had a standard double room which provided good quality accommodation, decent size, clean, comfortable with good bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Did not have dinner at the hotel but they have a good restaurant with excellent menu fro those wanting to eat in. The staff were friendly and very efficient and at £85 for B&B it was excellent value for money. The additional £10/night for parking is good value and makes for easy access back on the north circular to the M1 for travel back to the north. We stay in Ealing quite a bit and have previously used the Ramada at Ealing Common. The Crown Plaza provides a great alternative and we will use it again. No real downside to the hotel - perhaps the location as it is not as well placed for a quick and easy walk into ealing, but that is only a monor consideration which may not impact on the majority of travellers.

Really pleasantly surprisedBooked our room through Laterooms.com and arrives early on friday afternoon. Very easy to find, directly on the Hangar Lane gyratory. Don't let that put you off though, because the instant we were through the doors we heard no traffic noise at all.Transport links were good both by road and by tube. we were going to a concert at Wembley (Park Royal to Rayners Lane, then straight to Wembley Park)The area isn't very salubrious, it has to be said, but the hotel was top class! The room was lovely, very spacious and well presented with excellent air conditioning, thank God! Because it was 30 degrees outside! The bed was very comfy, with lovely bed linen. Bathroom was great too.All in all it was a great hotel for a very reasonable price and we're thinking of going back as soon as we have a free weekend, so that says it all.

if you are needing a hotel near wembleyoverlooked as its expensive comparred to the cheaper budget hotels nearby - BUT well worth paying a bit more. Its right on Hanger Lane junction and not too well signposted for the car park, but once in its good and surprisingly quiet. If you stay in a superior room( extra £35-£40 but this gives you access to the lounge with free bar and nibbles !Taxi to Wembley stadium costs £16-£20 and if you need food after hours the friendly staff will order a pizza in for you !Bar closes early at 1a.mBreakfast was very good and very fresh.

Was visiting a friend in Ealing and needed overnight accommodationThis hotel is situated on the main A40 route into London and is on a busy junction right opposite Hangar Lane tube station. There is limited parking at the front and rear of the hotel and this costs an additional £10. WiFi is NOT complimentary (expect to pay about £15 per day). I had a reasonable nights sleep, my room being about what you expect with this category of hotel. My experience was OK until I went down for breakfast. There were limited staff and hence myself and 2 other groups were made to wait 10 minutes to be seated. I guess due to poor staff training there were no tables prepared, despite there being about 30 tables vacant. When finally seated no-one could be bothered to come to my table to take my order for coffee and toast so i had to go without. The buffet breakfast was atrocious. They had failed to replenish the food (no bacon, beans, sausages. The remainder was luke warm and swimming in grease. The orange juice had run out and they had failed to replenish to breakfast bowls. My advice to customers would be to stay here only if you are on a diet o in a hurry such that you don't have time for breakfast! I complained at reception when I checked out and he receptionist didn't seem to care. Draw your own conclusions but my personal opinion is that they get enough trade due to their prime location and hence don't make the effort to provide a good service that will win them repeat customers.

Breakfast was awesome, room was large and modernStayed for 1 night here, the room was lovely, big and modern (dissapointed there was no flat screen tv or dvd player but think maybe i have just been spoilt in a previous hotel!). The bed was soft and bathroom clean. Had room service for 2 sandwiches and chips - the food wasn't very good and was small portions considering the price although it arrived quickly and was warm. The breakfast the next day was perfect - although i would advise people to have the fried eggs not scrambled! All in all a great stay. Oh and brilliant for getting in and out of town. We were at a concert at the o2 late and still managed to get back using the tube.
