This hotel was run down. It reminded me of a roach motel. It was clean but dingy. Not what I would call a Crown Plaza Hotel. Very disappointed.

"Despite the brief description (of being 7 miles from Worcester), this hotel is right in downtown Worcester at Lincoln Square - you can easily walk to the best places in Worcester (restaurants, museums, sports, conventions, etc.)"

Room was shabby, windows dirty, paint peeling. I've stayed in this hotel before and the room was acceptable. This time the room was very shabby and the windows dirty.

"Stayed on the executive level, which was quiet, but the concierge lounge amenities were never offered. Hot tub was broken during entire stay, and the pool area was out of towels the first day. Also, the sink was backed up. With improvements, I'd stay again."

Room service came on time in the morning. They called my room at 11.30 at night because they forgot to give me my credit card back. It's a decent hotel that needs to be renovated but was well worth the low price I bid on the room.

"This is our second time staying here and our visit was just as wonderful as the first. We came to attend a hockey game and plan to do it again. Staff was helpful, beds sooo comfortable, rooms clean, great location, pool inviting. We will definitely be back! "

It was centrally located and decent. The rooms heater/AC ran all night long and it was extremely loud. The hotel was fine but not a place that I would have to stay for any length of time. The heat/AC in the room was extremely loud and ran all night long.

"Stayed twice within 2 weeks; 1st stay was excellent - everything perfect. 2nd stay, ended up in an older room, in which everything (lights, toilet, hvac, hair dryer) was broken. They did move me & comped the room; I'd definitely stay again."

The rooms were quiet, clean and the bartender was really great. The hotel was in a great location for walking around Worcester to see the museums, a show or some good restaurants. Our room was quiet and clean but in need of some updating. The bed was not very comfortable but the pillows were very nice.

Very convienent and basically clean, smoking room available Room was in need of being redone - old and somewhat worn out. Common spaces very nice and nice pool, seemed like there were excellent meeting facilities and a very nice restaurant and comedy facility/bar. Room was dated and needed to be redone.

Used this as a base while visiting a child in the hospital during the storm of the century. Very accommodating. Room was spacious and linens were nice, but the rugs made it look old.

Very helpful. Mold in bathroom, worn out room carpet and holes in draperies. Exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast buffet, cheap convenient parking and great location.

Location, seeming responsiveness of desk staff. Finding a sock in the bed that did not belong to us. The coffee pot didn't work, there was a strange sock in the bed, but it did appear that the sheets were clean. At some point in time the roof must have leaked because the ceiling was stained as was the heating/air conditioning unit. I did like that we were on an upper level and that it was basically a decent hotel room. There was not a lot of noise even though we were in the center of the city. They did have a small fitness center which allowed for a basic work-out. I can't speak on the rest of the facilities because we did not use them.

Guest that needed sleep put on same floor as noisy partyers noisy even after 2:00 AM. We still have not received any compensation for the lack of sleep even though we were promised.

Iwas stranded in Wor they were very nice and helpful a nice rest. Great location friendly staff clean rooms nice resturant not 4 star although very adaquate.
