I am a frequent traveler - I was extremely pleased with the Crowne Plaza Seattle. All downtown buildings were within walking distance. Service was excellent, room was very clean and the cleaning person was one of the best I've ever had. They totally cleaned and organized my room - it was excellent.

High class feeling when you walk in the door. They gave us a room on the top floor with a great view. The only problem was that it didn't have a bed! So we had a really nice room with a lousy pull-out bed.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Crown Plaza, the staff upon our arrival where very gracious and allowed us to check our luggage early since we arrived before check-in. They called us when our room was ready and when we checked in, found our room to be very clean, roomy, and had a great view of the Sound and the Space Needle. The staff in the lounge and restaurant were very personable and attentive as well. The kitchen is open late which was very nice as we walked around Seattle quite a bit and would sometimes arrive back at the hotel late. The lounge has live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and the staff will also help you find other musical venues if you ask. Everyone from the doorman to the check-in staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. The hotel is close to public transportation, close enough to walk to Pikes Market, 5th avenue, and other shopping. Probably the best hotel experience I have had in a long time, otherwise would not have bothered to write a review. Best part was being able to go to sleep and see the lights of the city and Space Needle everyday outside our window. Keep up the good work!

Two blocks northeast for the shopping district. Six blocks west for the water front. Six blocks easy for Chinatown. 10 blocks southwest for Pioneer square. 15 blocks southwest for the ballpark. 15 blocks north for the Seattle Center (and space needle).

Nice, upscale environment with a definite touch of class. There is no pool, which is something you would expect for the high price. My wife and I stayed here on our 3rd Anniversary, and it was certainly a nice looking hotel. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were really disappointed at the lack of a swimming pool and hot tub. You would think that an upscale hotel would have an amenity like that. The lobby is small, and for some reason it felt somewhat unfinished, like it was in the middle of construction. The location is right on the corner, very near the freeway. It was a little noisy, but then again, so is Seattle. I asked for the nearest bathroom while in the lobby, and the staff directed me to a set of stairs that led to a darkened sub-level, and the bathrooms were locked. The room was nice, and we were placed in a corner suite that had a lovely view of the freeway coming into Seattle. My wife liked the complimentary linen spray and earplugs that were provided, and the room was clean. We were in a smoking room, so when the A/C was off, it was pretty smoky. You can not open the windows to get fresh air. And for some odd reason, there are no bathroom fans to vent out the steam and moisture. The flat screen TV was nice, but the actual picture or cable connection was less than stellar. You do have to pay for internet connection, which again was something that should be included for the price that you pay. Checkout was easy and uneventful. Overall I was somewhat satisfied with the hotel, and I'm glad that I booked on Priceline.

Our first room we were assigned had crusty puke on the side of the toilet. The second room still had hair in the shower. I have never been so disappointed in the cleanliness of a hotel. When we spoke to the manager on duty he said he would upgrade us to a much nicer room. This room was smaller than the first and had the hair in the tub. SO disappointing.

For my first time to Seatle, this property gave me a nice location to walk to all of the major places ( "the Needle", Convention Center, waterfront) of the city. My room was nice and had a spectacular view. The Crown Plaza had a very casual approach to service. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry, even though I might be. They could be more business friendly, DSL/Wireless is not free

the location could not have been better. Maid service was excellent, the rooms were always clean when we returned from our days out and about. I have no complaints about this trip. Front desk was very knowledgeable about bus schedules and helping to get around town.

Friendly staff. Amenities listed were not really available. Very disappointed with hotel. Listed as 2 blocks from our event but really more than eight blocks. Terrible bed! I still ache. Have states in other crown plazas and were pleased. Not so here!

The check in process was fast and painless! The front desk manager was so friendly and helpful. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

We were on the 26th floor and had a minimum wait for the elevator of about 15mins. There are 4 elevators but it seemed that only two would work at a time. Also, if you are a lite sleeper you will not get much sleep. We heard all the noise from the hall and our room was located next to the ice machine room. Even on the 26th floor we could still hear the noise from the roads below. The hotel was remodeled in 2004 but could not really tell. The tile in the shower was miss matched.

It was delightful! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Terry the concierge recommended a tour company to me and I'm grateful I took her advice, it was excellent. Iwas able to walk to every place I wanted to see. I'd definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone going to Seattle.

Bestbed I'veever slept on. Comfortable linens too. The fan in the bathroom didn't work but overall it was awesome.
