I was there for All-Star Week. The staff made sure everything was perfect during my stay and made me feel more than welcome. This was one of the best staffs I have ever seen at a hotel. The management ([...] specifically as well as the Boston Red Sox fan behind the desk) could not have been nicer and more helpful. My every need was taken care of by all staff members. I would love if there were spa services available onsite and more dependable and complimentary internet in the business center.

Hotel great location to arch. House keeping was great they were prompt and called back to make sure everything was good. Recommend Valet Parking, well worth the money. Room service was prompt and called back to follow up to make sure our order was to our satisfaction. All employees were courteous as well. I would recommend this Hotel.

Orbitz sent my reservation wrong, the front desk tried to accomodate me, but for the holdiday getting a room with ketchup smudges on the walls and fingerprints on the mirrors for almost $200 a night was not satisfying at all!!! There was no one to monitor the drinking going on at the pool deck either, so the glass bottles and open display of alcholism was very public, so those of us with families were very disgusted. I feel there is a time and place for that. I was not happy at all!

The location was close to our travel path and close to the archway monument. The internet service did not work in our room & staff wasn't real helpful.

I would certainly stay there again, the price was right and the location is in the center of the downtown area. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was extraordinary, and requested service was almost immediate.

had no control of the room temp.we were very cold as it was 62 deg.outside.drain stopper in bathtub did not work unable to take a hot bath for my sore back.

The rooms were spacious and extremely clean! Our check in and check out was very smooth. The staff was very kind and any concerns were addressed immediately. One of the three rooms I had did not have a functioning coffee maker but that was handled in an expedient manner.

If you can find a deal, it's a good price for the area. Some rooms have a good view of the arch. Nice decor. Unfortunately, it lacks some of amenities that would make it more worth the price (breakfast buffet, free parking, wi-fi in the rooms, hot tub, refrigerator/micro in room, in-room safe, etc.). Had to switch rooms because the LAN line in some rooms doesn't work at all. The service at the hotel (concierge, valet, front desk) were ALWAYS NICE AND HELPFUL which does make a big difference; however I felt like I was paying more for past renovation costs than for amenities in the rooms/at the hotel. Definitely more appropriate for a business traveler than for a vacation traveler, but the beds are VERY comfy.

The location was perfect for downtown activities. The cleanliness on OBVIOUS things (ie table tops walls fans) YUCK! The staff was first rate, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was virtualy none existant. If they can't clean the top of an end table or visible splatter on a wall, then what about the "hidding germs" etc.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront was a great experience. We were allowed to check in early. The front desk staff was friendly and the bell hops were also great. Main Lobby was beautiful. The room was nice, but not as nice as the lobby. The hotel was also within walking distance of LaClede's landing which has some great restaurants and clubs. Also close to Lumeire's Casino. We would definately stay here again.

The time was spent relaxing and sight seeing in St Louis. The room was quite small but clean. The staff was very helpful. The restuarnt service was below average as the breakfast buffet was cold and the cost of the food high.

The hotel had an excellent view of the arch and the hotel staff was very accomodating. The air conditioning could have been colder and elevators wait time was lengthy at this 30 story hotel. When I won a bid from Priceline, I called the hotel and made these requests: room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, on an upper floor (pool was on the 29th as it is a rooftop pool), and arch view. All of these requests were met! Each time we mad a request, it was met within 5 minutes.

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Parking was a breeze, there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Only 8.00 a day to park. There is a lounge down stairs the bartender was very friendly and knowagable about the area. Dirnk prices were reasonable. rooms were nice however the bathrooms DESPERATELY need some attention! ! VERY SMALL bathroom and shower. Overall we had a great experience. There are lots of things to do within walking distance.

Spacious room with view of arch and river. Had a lot of luggage and it was difficult to maneuver through elevator and entry to room. Very pleased. Room was spacious. Had a view of arch and river. location was excellent for getting around.

They charge you $10 if you self park in the garage and they don't tell you about the charge. The room was in some weird corner. The walls in the room were very thin and I could hear my neighbor's conversation at 3a. The toilet was in a crazy space in the restroom. It wasn't the worst place I have stayed, but I would pay more for the better hotels in the downtown STL area.
