My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. Very confortable rooms, clean, friendly & great service. We didn't want to go home. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Very clean and I loved the artwork around the hotel. They lock the door from the parked to the hotel at night so you have to walk around hotel to get in. I was pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

Very comfortable beds, also a CD about sleep in a gift bag. Continental breakfast not included, and could not be included at registration. Older hotel which has been done over. Very good mattresses, and the emphasis seems to be on comfort. Quiet room, and three elevators.

I appreciated the free parking and the gym. The size of the room was quite small. This was a nice spot to stay. The bed was very comfortable, there was a large wardrobe for hanging up clothes, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The room seemed a bit crowded, and the air conditioner/heater was quite noisy.

The staff was very accommodating. Slow elevators - had no problems. Hotel was great - staff was great. I had initially made the arrangements for 1 adult and 2 youth. Room was one queen bed. The hotel was sold out - I would have been okay with a cot, but they had none. They found one and provided a king bed with a fold out couch - more than I asked for kudos for the staff.

The beds were comfy and the room was generally clean. The swimming pool towels, the bathroom was dusty, the plug in tub didn’t work, one phone didn’t work, and the room smelled stale cigarettes. The hotel was ok but I don’t think I would return. I wasn’t pleased with the tub (which we couldn’t get the plug to work) and when we tried to get the front desk we couldn’t get the phone to work, there were no towels larger than a hand towel in the pool area and the pool was small and crowded. Parking was OK (at least it was free), the room smelled of stale cigarettes, but was a non-smoking room (my son has asthmas so I wasn’t happy about that), the beds were comfy and clean but that was about the best part. Staff was generally helpful when I could find one.

The space and the style of the room. Elevators seemed quite old and did not always work properly. Nice atmosphere, room nice and big. Beds are very comfortable and appreciated the emphasis on sleeping well!

The comfort and attractiveness of the rooms. Nothing. Excellent overall. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very modern. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The fitness room was everything I needed. The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful.

Great value. A piece of glass was on the hallway floor. We found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in providing us a room for 4. It was quiet and the view was great.

The location, the rooms, the wireless, his food and the staff. I was surprised and pleasantly so. He's a keeper and I am sure he would have taken an axe to the door if he had not gotten it open as fast as he did. I had fully intended to try some of my favorite good restaurants around Monkton - But you know what - the Dinning room Staff & Food (taste and presentation) was excellent and I ate my dinners there. For the life of me I can't understand why there were not more people there. No complaints with the accommodation. I like the staff from maids to service. They look you in the eye and talk to you like a neighbor or friend. Don't get that in Ontario or Halifax. Really nice, comfortable and convenient location.
