The restrooms are very small. I paid for a club level room; yet the club level was under rennovation. The hotel is supposed to refund the difference to me. The overall experience was good.

The dinner we ordered was great, free parking was nice. No cream or sugar in the room for the coffee, breakfast was too expensive for what you get. This hotel was nice. The internet service was exceptional and we found a good value with a meal we ordered from the room service menu. We found the free parking to be nice as well. For whatever reason there wasn't cream and sugar in the room with our coffee. The bed linens were tucked super tight. The breakfast they offered seemed expensive for what was available.

I choose this Crown Plaza for it's location and the great staff. It's a decent price for the location.

Yne only complaint was that the shower drained very slow. Other wise great stay

Rooms were top quality. The bathtub faucet was confusing how to turn the shower on. While the outside of the building looks dated, the inside is not. Everything was clean and the rooms were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The blacken salmon in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Will stay there again as my much preferred choice when in Dayton. A convenient parking garage is attached via an enclosed sky walk so access to your car is easy for those who self park.

I've traveled for business for years. I took a chance on the Dayton Crown Plaza and I'm glad I did. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. something I don find very often anymore. Nice arrival gift too.

The price. As a single woman the parking facility was a major safety concern. I would not stay here again as a single woman. Parking was located at an adjacent parking garage and I had to walk through overpass tunnels at night and alone. I would never do this again.

Friendly, helpful staff. All good! I think this hotel met or exceeded everything you would expect in a crowne plaza hotel. Lovely, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Clean fluffy towels in the bathroom and lovely amenities throughout.

Loved the rooftop lounge, it was very cool with the live jazz band! There were hairs on our bathroom floor when we got there. This is a very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is right downtown which can be stressful getting with the one-way streets. The breakfast is amazing at the hotel's Stars Restaurant. We loved the lounge, the band was entertaining to say the least. The parking garage is easily accessible.

Nice atmosphere. Reasonably close to where we needed to go. Parking was a minor hassle as the deck was a 5 minute walk away. THe stay was a preasant surprise as we were not expecting such a nice facility. The help was very friendly and went out of there way to asist when needed. The restaurant on the top floor had a very nice view and he service was great.

Rooms were nice. Parking in the garage and having to walk over to the hotel in down town. Hotel is nice and even though you have to park in the garage behind the hotel and walk over, the hotel does validate parking tickets so you don't have to pay to park.

It is in an interesting part of town. Some excellent facades around. There is nothing to not like about this hotel. This was a top notch hotel from start to finish. The parking is included in a covered garage (very nice for days like the one we stayed there was--very cold and icy) and once parked you don't need to go outside to return to the hotel, but rather you take a covered walkway across the street. The room was spacious, well stocked with amenities, and though we did not take the occasion to avail ourselves, the restaurant is on the top floor and is said to be blessed with view and great food. This is a place you ought to stay if occasion permits.

The beds were so comfortable! The elevators were slow. The Crown was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were wonderful. The hotel makes sure that their guests are comfortable.

Very convenient and user friendly. Unexpected advantage: roof coverage for parking! It met all my expectations, though initially I was a bit anxious about parking safety.

The room was clean and the food was good. They also have a fitness room. The heating and cooling was old. The room was either too hot or too cold and the air was dry. Hotel is in a nice location, close to the hospital. Good for business travelers.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but not a big deal. We would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful - it made the stay enjoyable.
