I was just in town for two nights on a business trip and needed a hotel near the airport. The Crowne Plaza was an excellent choice for value and convenience. I would certainly stay there again under similar cirsumstances.

This hotel was comfortable, clean, upscale and had good bedding. There were no electrical outlets accessble on either side of the bed for medical equipment. Although the hotel was very responsive in quickly providing an extension cord to meet our needs for electricity next to the bed, it might have been a good idea to also provide a cord cover or duct tape to secure the electrical cord to the floor and prevent it from becoming a tripping hazard.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding at the Hyeholde restaurant. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and had great temperature control, and the bed was plush. Would definitely stay again!

The Crown Plaza Pittsburgh/Airport is very convenient, whether taking the hotel shuttle or driving the short distance to Coraopolis. The staff were uniformly friendly and accommodating, and the services ample. I didn't look for nearby attractions, as I commuted from there to eastern Ohio on personal matters. The hotel places an emphasis on a good night's sleep, and the in-room amenities included a clean, quiet, and inviting space with beds nicely dressed to provide it, with a special relaxation CD at bedside for play in the furnished combo radio/player/alarm on the nightstand. The room was quiet, nicely furnished and included amenities such as the modern steam iron and board in the closet. Buffet breakfasts included included made-to-order eggs and omelets, friendly waiters, and the available lounge in the evening had several nice conversation spaces with comfortable seating. A DJ played managed the music the two nights I was there, and the ambience was fun and friendly, the music at decibels that were also friendly.

Very comfortable and loved the sleep accessories.

I had a one night stay with a couple of friends. The room was spick and span, including some lavender linen spread and chocolates. We were mostly out on the town, so our room was mostly just a place to stay, but the beds were comfortable and no problems with the shower. There was a DJ that night down in the bar. One thing is that if you're going there from the airport, be sure to specify the Crowne Plaza at Coraopolis - we had some troubles with our cab. But going out, we just had the hotel call us one, and it worked out just fine.

Quite zoned floor. Too far out from shopping area. This hotel is sufficient for what we paid, but too far out and too costly if we were to pay full price but it was clean.

I really enjoyed my accomadations at the Crowne Plaza Hotel PITTSBURGH-INTL AIRPORT, CORAOPOLIS, PA. The hotel staff is friendly plus the floors were quiet so I was able to enjoy a wonderful nights rest. The hotel is in a business district so you will need to drive a few exits or so to reach gas stations and etc. My room was pleasant - overall I enjoyed my stay and I definately will stay at the Crowne Plaza again.

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke! They offered to switch rooms.

The Airport Crown Plaza was a clean hotel, comfortable hotel. The hallways did smell of cigarette smoke, but my smoke free room was pleasant. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. Hotel check out was 11:00 am, the housekeeping staff started repeatedly pounding on my door at 8:00 asking if we were ready to check out. At first I thought they had the wrong room and I notified them I was not checking out yet. I even placed the Do not disturb sign on my door. They continued to knock every 15 minutes even after I got out of bed and went into the hall to speak with them. I found this extremely rude.

Whirlpool, friendly employees. Little better cleaning in public areas.

Stayed only for one night. Went for a wedding.Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. Didn't like the fact that there was not a separate vanity, only in the bathroon and small. Otherwise,I liked the fact that they have a room in the hallway with ice- maker, microwave, fridge, etc. and coffee maker in the room. I also like the shuttle from Airport to Hotel and back. However, when we arrived, the cafe and restaurant were closed from 2 to 5, so, didn't get a chance to eat before the wedding reception at 7pm. I would recommend this hotel to any friend travelilng to Pittsburgh by airplane.

This was my worst experience with a hotel ever. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but they gave us a smoking room when we arrived and then told us it was all they had. The staff was rude. They never even offered the slightest apology for the matter. Furthermore, the people in the room next to us were having a major argument involving multiple four-letter words. It took three calls to the front desk for the security guard to visit their room. No staff member even hinted at an apology. Do not stay here!

The Crown Plaza appears to be an older hotel that was remodeled recently and has all the amenities a traveler would want. The beds are great - lots of pillows and extremely comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom were high quality. The hotel is well maintatined, although the grounds looked like the hotel lawn mower must be in for repair. There's lots of parking and an amazingly wooded view from all the windows considering it's located in a busy area.

Hotel staff not too freindly, from the shift manager to the employees in general.

Great location, good parking, nice staff. No coffee service in lobby when we got up, we had to buy a cup. This is a nice hotel for overnight stays in the Pittsburgh airport area, It is safe and has well lighted parking lot.

USA Today and fitness facilities good! Too far off 275. I like that it is easy to get to elevators and rooms from the lobby!

Close to Pittsburgh airport. Rude staff, small, filthy and smelly room. Crowne Plazas are usually such delightful hotels, and this property near PIT airport my experience has been terrible from the moment I walked through the door. The woman at the front desk was rude. My room is quite small and not at all clean. There are brown stains on the white bedspread and Grey specks which I hope are no more than ashes on the bed, sheets, and stained chairs. The night stands have sticky imprints of bottle bottoms on them. The screaming yellow wall paper is torn and splattered. And of course it all smells like an old ashtray and the windows don't open so there is no way to ventilate.
