It was a wonderful stay overall... the staff are all courteous, and helpful... our room is really, really clean, the bed is so comfortable... we are provided with a shuttle to the train station every morning.... if given the chance, i would stay there again !!

My stay was nice. The only thing that was lacking was available food choices. The bed was very comfortable, as well as shower. Walls were thin and neighbors noisy.

I thought that this hotel was going to be perfect for our family vacation. It says that it is close to the train station for easy access to NYC. It is somewhat, if you consider 2 1/2 miles close. I figured it wouldn't be a problem since the website says that they have a free shuttle for anyplace within 5 miles. The shuttle was not available to us the entire trip. First they said it was because a convention was there, and then it was because it was the drivers break time...ummm from 10am to 3pm?? I know we were not the only ones having a problem with the shuttle. If we had known it was going to be such a pain to get around we would have rented a car. Again, we thought it wouldn't be a problem due to how it was portrayed on the website. The room was also not made up by the maid 2 different days. If you are not out of your room by 8 am don't expect anyone to clean it or make your bed. The bathtub was also flaking, and the bathroom door would not close all the way.

I was in town for the weekend. The desk clerk was very helpful at giving me directions when I got lost. She stayed on the phone with me the whole time while I driving there and had me all checked in when I arrived. The room was very clean and smelled good.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and conveniently located for my travel purposes. Overall I had a nice stay and the facilities of this hotel were comfortable and accommodating. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Crowne Plaza Clark advertises being close to the train station to get into Manhattan and close to many attrations; however, plan ahead to take a cab to the train station and then the train into the city. They also advertise having a free shuttle available to take patrons to the train station; however, during my stay, I called 10 times requesting a shuttle ride and the shuttle was apparently not available. However, when I walked out to catch my cab, the shuttle was in the parking lot...empty. On the flip side, the room was exceptionally clean, the dining staff was gracious and most of my questions were answered in a timely manner.

nice place it was nice place to rest. very good service the work was very nice . i rested why i was there. the air was missing on a 85degree day the a/c was not working it was good

The room was very elegant. Nothing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant was great for the money we spent. I liked the beds and the pillows the most. I will visit this hotel again in the future.

This was my first trip to the New Jersey area and I don't think I could have picked friendlier place to stay. The staff was more than helpful with any sightseeing plans we had and made excellent recommendations for restaurants.The rooms were better than expected with extra comfortable beds and enough pillows to satisfy anyone.Quick access to the highway and super close to the airport make this a place I would defiantly stay in again.

My wife, three year old and my mother-in-law were all very satisfied with our six-night stay. My wife is quite picky. The first morning she requested new outer-covers for the beds and within ten minutes there was someone knocking at our door! The first night I went down to the front-desk to inquire about purchasing chocolate mild and cookies for my son. The desk clerk provided me with free cookies and the bar attendant provided me with free chocolate milk! The rooms were clean, modern, and well-attended to during the week. However, the air conditioning system was just a bit on the less-than-silent side. The location of the hotel was right off the Garden State Parkway which made traveling an easy task. The room price was also right, though the hotel restaurant was a bit on the high side. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Hotel was clean, and nice and quiet. Perfect for business travel. Room was nice and clean, staff accomodating. Close to Garden State Pkway, and not hard access to Newark Airport or other major roads. Restaurants and stores close proximity. I chose hotel from previous reviews and was not disappointed.

The public areas are a little beat up, but the rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean. The Crowne Plaza is convenient to the NJ Parkway and other points of interest in the Metro area. Handy, but not too close to the Newark airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

The stay at the Crown Plaza was comfortable. The room upkeep needed a little more attention, but for the money I was satisfied. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay - nice room, good service, Staff was helpful with information that we requested as well as prepared info and directions that turned out to be very helpful. Was a little farther than we expected from NYC but since we were traveling to PA as well it worked out well.
