I wish I could bring back the bed. It was comfortable. Nice front desk staff, good driver, nice restaurant. It was value for money. I would definitely want to come back again for my business trip next time! Thumbs up!!!

The 9' deep pool is cool. The all glass room that the pool is in makes you feel like you are on a beach ,even though you know it is freezing outside. I love to bar too. Great temp control in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and the little things like a night mask, ear plugs, music to sleep by were wonderful extras. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

We had a very comfortable two night s at the Crown Plaza Chicago North Shore with two adjoining rooms The desk was most unerstanding when our teenage granddaughters trouped down in their PJ's to get some toothpaste they had forgotten and then to get a key when they were locked out. Clean comfortable room and a great swimming pool made our stay enjoyable. Thanks Crown Plaza.

The exterior of the building is not impressive. The hallway and rooms are remodelled and very attractive - arts and crafts style. The room had a window seat, nice furniture and a comfortable bed. The bathroom counter and amenities were very nice. Very friendly desk staff - will stay here again when visiting in the area.

The Mission style architecture. No free weights or exercise ball in fitness area. Heater in room was noisy at times.

I liked the shower because normally it is cramped and made for shorter people. This one was nice and had a shower head that was adjustable. We were going to try out the restaurant that they had at the hotel but it was very expensive. We ended up driving around to find somewhere to eat.

It was deluxe in my opinion. Glass cups, extra pillows, super clean, no smell, absolutely wonderful! Nothing to report. I recommend this hotel to anyone. You couldn't ask for better.

The staff was very pleasant and willing to please. The wall paper was peeling off of the walls. The hotel was convenient for our purpose in Chicago. The staff was nice. The rooms need some work.

Beautiful interior and very friendly staff. Not in the most convenient location. Not much to look at from the outside but a beautiful hotel on the inside with a fantastic restaurant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A bit out of the way but worth it.

Excellent first impression (lobby) and quality room. Nothing applies. This hotel starts with a very good impression at check in. The prairie style interior and furnishings create an "artsy" look.

The pool was a good size and well maintained. No complimentary breakfast was offered. There was also no HBO or other good channels There were some good things and some not so good things about this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast offered was seriously overpriced and most non basic channels on the TV were pay-per-view. The pool was large and looked well maintained, but the drinking by the changing rooms was broken. Also the door handle on the changing room came off when I tried to open the door. Overall, the hotel was nice but for the price, my husband and I expected somewhat more.
