The staff was very nice and helpful. Was in town for a meeting the location of the hotel was very convenient. my daughter wanted to swim in the pool but was told the pool needed clean

Chose the hotel due to location and great pricing. Would go back again for the facility and the experience alone! Staff was great and very helpful. Shuttle service is great and will take you where needed within 3 miles anytime. Package through the travel website included parking which was great! Food was very good a we had both dinner the first night there as well as breakfast both mornings. Staff made this one all worth it!

Skip the hotel restuarant and take a walk to the Epicenter area where you will find a bountiful array of restaurant and nighclubs. The staff is great about transportation around the local area. There is some morning issues with transportation and their commitment to the airline pilots, although they will not transport you to or from the airport.

Desk staffwas wonderful, funny & helpful. The pool was closed. The rooms were clean, but we had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The restaurant and bar were clean and the food & beverages were very good. The staff shuttle service was very good and efficient.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. However, upon check-in we were surprised at the 15/night parking fee. Be prepared to add this into your room cost! Also, ask for a room away from the elevator...the noise kept us awake at night. But overall the rooms were very clean and nice. Would stay there again...

Personal experience was overall satisfied. Maid service was below standard. We used room service quite often, and very satisfied. Front desk service was extremely efficient and friendly and also took the time to assist us. Very helpful in recommending restaurants and shopping and getting directions, The shuttle took us anywhere we asked and picked us on on time.

If you are a road warrior like me, this property is for you. The Crowne Plaza Charlotte has what you need to feel comfortable on the road.

I wish the bedrooms had microwaves; fridge is available upon request. A little apart from midtown; no airport shuttle for guests. I had a lovely time in Charlotte, as I am scouting for a retirement city. The Crowne Plaza facilities and staff were wonderful. I had a problem with my key card and a manager (might have been the owner as this facility is independently owned) arrived shortly after I called for assistance. He got me inside, but could not completely resolve the problem. He called for a maintenance man who arrived quickly and cleared up the problem. I enjoyed the local shuttle service provided by the hotel. A free shuttle bus will drive guests anywhere within a three-mile radius of the hotel. Very convenient for night crawling. Did not have a car in Uptown Charlotte and did not need it.

When I checked into the hotel, the lady at the desk was very helpful. She gave us a room with a balcony. The room service that night was good too! Next time we will bring our dog since they allow pets.

The customer service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very courteous and prompt. The room was very nice and the bed was heavenly. You can tell that the management puts a real emphasis on making your stay very pleasant. This was reflected in the staff as well as the room's comfort.

This hotel is very convenient and centrally located in Charlotte. They charged me $15.00 to park in their lot. This hotel is close to everything in Charlotte and is very easy to get in and out of for a Downtown Hotel. The only downside to the hotel was that they charge for parking in their own parking garage. $15.00 is a little steep for one night. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Staff helped find a good restaurant. Liked the shuttle. Corners, under beds were dusty. Room was hot. Walls were like paper! Could hear and understand a conversation in the next room! Hotel served our purposes, but the rooms & design of the rooms were not good. I also would haved liked a fan in the bathroom. In a hotel, people are in a rush and have to share. It can be unpleasant to walk in too soon after your roommate has been in the bathroom.
