The hotel was very nice and were lucky to get a newly remodeled room with an excellent view. Clean centrally located in city walking distance to most everything in city.

After staying at many hotels nationally and internationally I was surprised that Crown Plaza did not have hair dryers in the rooms , also cost of breakfast outrageous

Excellent modern rooms and facilities. Bathroom was pretty small but fit for purpose. Perfect location in the city and next to a large park which is great for kids.

Great hotel - family package in room 429. Breakfast for 4 included and a free in-house film to keep the kids busy. Good carparking and nice pool. Great for a night or two, but then again it is Canberra.

Service with a smile! Yes it still exists, at least at the Crowne Plaza. Every staff member that we came in contact with from the Front Desk to Room Service made our stay a pleasure. Our TV remote wasn't working and we had a new one delivered to our room within 10 minutes. The room was large and had a beautiful view out across the park. Very close walk to everything in the CBD.

For guests staying there complimentary parking should be included with a charge for valet parking.All staff displated excellent service and I was most appreciative of the late checkout provided because of the 1125 finish of the commemorative service on Anzac Av.Will stay there again.

Slightly daggy decor in our room, but all quite good. Excellent location. A big variety of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

We loved this hotel, it's location is perfect. We were a little concerned about being on the first floor, but the view over the park and street was lovely as was the shade blind that provided clear vision but total privacy. All the facilities were great and the hotel breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The weekend I stayed was very busy because of the run up to World Youth Day - my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 2:30 which was a niusance but not a disaster. The staff were very helpful about the local area and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was terrific but - again - very busy.
