The staff is very attentive to guest needs. My encounters with staff were pleasent and professional.

Tempur-pedic mattress. Hallways smelled smoky and musty. Great room for the price. Tempur-pedic mattress was excellent and I would stay there again for the bed alone. However, upon trying to leave for a meeting, I was very disappointed to discover my shower did not work. It was fixed promptly, but a major inconvenience. The hallways had a strong odor that was a combination between cigarette smoke and a hospital. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel at the price I secured through priceline.

Booked a suite at an average of $* a night....turned out to be an extra large room with 2 queens. They didn't give me the King suite I booked. Dated decor. Stained couch. Grungy bathrooms. Room service trays not picked up. Other than that it was great. I loved the beds. We all slept well for the 3 nights. Go CATS!!!!

3/8/08 - It was a spectacular hotel with a lot of history behind it. I loved the look and the feel from the lobby to room and from the dinning room to the bar/night club. The pool and the fitness areas were closed and those are some of the amenityies I look for in a hotel when making my choice. Once the construction is over, I would choose to return again.

Excellent praise/worship service downstairs Sunday morning. No recliner in room, straight back chairs only. Very nice place, would stay here again.

That was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I found it almost impossible to get out of it both mornings. In fact, I was almost late to my conference because I laid back down and slept for another hour! The customer service was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The walls are a bit thin, and my neighbors were loud, but that's most hotels. Great stay.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel was very courteous, & professional, most of all very family oriented, I like the attentiveness I received there. I ate dinner there for the first time, I can say my barbecue ribs was the most delicious ribs I ate, I say that because I love barbecue ribs. The security of my room impress me, even with my wake up call, my taxi that drove me to the airport very friendly, overall rating @ CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL IS A BIG 10.

I choose the crown plaza at the Campbell house in Lexington Ky because I had heard excellant feedback from friends. I needed a hotel close to univ of ky I wanted a safe area I was very pleased with hotel and the service my daughter and I received I would stay here again.

Comfy and clean beds. Room was small but nice and clean.

A very well appointed hotel! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I do wish there had been advance notice that all of the beds are Tempurpedic, they did not help my back. No noise isssues, even though close to hospital and busy intersection. When the heat was broken in our first room they easily and quickly helped us into another, upgraded room. If you're in Lexington for local events the location is perfect, although not exactly a walk to downtown. Bogart's lounge in the back of the hotel has live music on weekends, and there seems to always be something going on in one of the meeting rooms, but the way the hotel is set up you would never know it. Would definitely stay here again.

The crowne plaza was comfortable. I had to call the front desk a couple of times. Once to get a new remote for the tv and someone to check the internet. The next morning, I could not figure out how the shower worked. Never did figure it out. So check it out before you need the shower. The room was nice enough, but small for the price I paid. I thought I was getting a bigger room.

"While staying at the Crown Royal Plaza we encountered horrible customer service. Under our room was an entrance with a slamming door. It slammed for most of the day which we thought was normal but then when 10:00 PM came and the door kept slamming, we contacted the front desk. We were informed the door would be fixed by maintance. However, it slammed throughout the night. We tried to fix the door OURSELVES, trying to cushion the blow of the door to the frame with no avail. After a night of no sleep for the entire family, we promtly checked out at 8 AM. "

Nice to have a restaurant and bar within the hotel. Did not like our room. It was very small and the bathroom was extremely small. The hotel was in a great area very convenient to where we needed to go. We liked the fact that it had a hotel, coffee shop and bar. We were not impressed with the actual room. We had a king non smoking room and it was very small. The layout was very odd. The bathroom was extremely small. And we were not impressed with the bed. The only reason this should be called an upscale hotel is due to the restaurant and bar.

Sunday buffet was too expensive as the food was not hot and had very few breakfast items.

Convenient to my business meeting, clean andfriendly. Small bathroom, difficult to use the sink because the faucet was too large for the sink. Overall my experience was good, the bed/mattress was amazingly high end and comfortable. Great, comfortable mattress.

Beautiful hotel, great common areas. Our view was of the hotel's roof.

The beds were good. Its old and not attractive. Old, smells bad, definitely not a 3 star hotel.
