The city of Brugge is a destination in and of itself. The atmosphere of a medieval town is enchanting enough but add festivals, music, and lots of people and it becomes lively and exciting! The Crown Plaza is right in the heart of all the activity so sightseeing and entertainment were right outside the front doors. Its location was especially nice when a rest was needed from all the walking; an hour later and we were back enjoying the sights. The hotel was very nice and our family was quite comfortable.

Wonderful location right on the Market Square. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean, nice pool. Desserts were delicious in tea room! In my opinion, the art work in the lobby was boring modernistic, yet the natural lighting was relaxing.

Great location, very nice and clean. Parking is a challenge. Well, Bruge is a city that you don't want to miss. Hotel is located right in the middle of the old town. Hotel is classy, stuff was attentive and spoke English (unlike many other places we saw on this trip). Very pleased with the entire experience. Recommend.

Great location. Very comfortable bedding/bed. Nothing. If staying in Bruges this hotel is worth every penny. The location is fantastic. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in 7 hotels in Netherlands and Belgium this was our favorite.

Everything; great location, great room. Expensive breakfast and parking (but we used neither). Deluxe stay. Really comfortable beds with loads of pillows. Heated indoor pool is small but nice. Can't beat the location.

Great location. Good hotel. Small room. Breakfast at hotel was costly. This hotel is in Burg Square which has many attractions itself. We could see the Bell tower in the main square from our windows. The Bell tower square is easy walking distance from the hotel. So great location. Hotel rooms were neat and clean.

Convenient location, onsite parking (rare in Europe), swimming pool (rare in Europe). Hotel is modern and well maintained. Rooms are a good size, there is a decent swimming pool and fitness area with onsite parking. Big benefit for us was the location. It is right on the city hall square and a stone's throw from the main market square and walking distance to all the main attractions. Great value for money and great location.
