The best hotel we have stayed in Cincinnati. Excellent service. Great room. Wonderful bed. I slept really good; they give you some relaxation CD that is really good and some other goodies that help you sleep better. Excellent high-speed wireless internet; it was easy to connect and fast enough to watch the news online. I loved the bathroom. It was perfectly clean; no mold, no stains on the carpet, no stains anywhere! I made a special request and my request was answered in minutes! I did not have to call them twice to remind them about my special request. It was very quiet at night. I loved the small gym. My husband and I used it every morning. The pool is nice. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the interstate. In other words, we loved it and you will too. My husband just reminded me to mention on the review that after the cleaning lady cleaned our room, a manager came to our room to see if the cleaning person did a good job. She had a check list and asked us if we were satisfied and we said yes. This is the first time we see this type of quality control in a hotel.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Dining area is in the same open area as the indoor pool so it smelled of chlorine while you were dining.

Location, nice room. Pool area nice. Fitness area. Had to ask for cups for the water cooler in the fitness area. Overall. Very nice per the points above. Pool water was a little bit too warm.

The swimming pool was awesome! Room was very dark. It was a fairly nice hotel. I thought the room was a bit dark and cramped. I wish there had been a continental breakfast.

Extremely nice hotel staff. Rooms were extra clean. Nothing really. The exterior doesn't let you know that this is a nice hotel. Great stay here no problems at all. Staff was extremely friendly and let us pick the location of our room as well as type of room (smoking, non-smoking, king or double). Very close to interstate so getting around was very easy.

The rooms were very clean and nicely-appointed. The outside of the building was very unimpressive and uninviting. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable.

Friendly location and clean. Cat fish dinner not great. This hotel is conveniently located for everything. Traffic was easily handled and area was upscale business. The interstate was one exit yet the hotel itself was very quiet. They really take good care of you even give you a better sleep kit.
