I wanted to see the Mall of America and the hotel had a courtesy van from the hotel to the airport and Mall The Van driver picked me up at the hotel and knew I did not have much time so he brought me directly to the Mall and held my bags locked up at the hotel When i arrived at the hotel the bar staff was friendly My room was oversized with a large big screened flat screened TV and much more

We just got back from a trip to the Twin Cities and an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza. I really liked this hotel. The decor is very modern and that might turn some people off, but I thought it was cool. Everything was very sleek, very clean. I particularly liked the little baggie of sleep aids (eye mask, ear plugs, lavender linen spray and soothing cd). What a nice touch. However, I didn't need any of those things as it was very quiet. The bed was very, very comfortable and I slept like a log. One other thing that really helped was that we got a very good price on the room through an online travel webiste. So not only was it a very nice hotel, but the price was not much more than what we'd have paid for an economy hotel. We didn't use the pool or the exercise room (didn't have time) but they both looked very nice and in very good condition. Same for the business center. Our stay at Crowne Plaza was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stay at the Crown in Dallas with my other company so when asked to fly to Minnesota for my new company I picked Crown. Its like two different hotels. I went on business and had no internet for Monday night and all day Tuesday. I was unable to do my job and they did not care. The place had a smell, carpet was dirty and when you booked through here they give you the worse of the rooms. The one good thing was the free message on Wednesday night. I will not come back

It had wireless, a good desk, comfortable bed, quiet and attractive room. I liked the modern design of the room and the common areas, the relaxation CD and the good quality radio/CD. I like to listen to Public Radio, and many hotel rooms do not have a radio that can tune it in. The pool looked great, but I was too busy to use it. Next time. Little touches, like a nightlight so I didn't have to blunder into things on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night, were much appreciated. I liked the fact that the hotel tried to be environmentally responsible, in that it encouraged guests to re-use towels. My room was right next to the elevator, but I did not hear it.

Well the crowne plaza is a very nice hotel. It is centrally located and was with in 10 minutes of the Mall of America and Valley Fair. This was good since we went to both of those destinations. The room was very nice and clean. It was also very reasonably priced which is a plus. This is the second time i have stayed here and the next time I come back up, I will stay there again. A very good hotel, I highly recommend it.

The Crown Plaza was I nice hotel for the cheap amount that we paid. We couldn't have gotten a better price in the cities. It was very modern and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint about the room was the sheets. The bed was very comfortable but the sheets couldn't have been more than 100 count sheets. It made me personally uncoftable in sleeping. We didn't get a chance trying out the restaurant but the food smelled good. We did go to the hot tub and were not relaxed by the overpowering smell of bleach and the falling apart cracking hottub. The pool room needed some updating for lack of better words. But beyond that, we got in cheaply and were happy with what we got for the price.

The hotel was nice and the service at the front desk was excellent. Only concern we had was that the hot water in the room was slow to get hot and you had to let the water run about 5 minutes to get it hot. Other than that i would reccomend this hotel. The 42 inch LCD tv in the room was an added feature.

We only stayed one night here and had to attend a surprise party at another hotel. The Crowne Plaza had transportation to and from the airport and also to the Mall of America...and it was free. They even shuttled us to and from the hotel that the party was in. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were great also. The room was roomy and the flat screen TV was a surprise, even though we didn't watch it much. The only drawback was the bathroom. It was a little small and the toilet was almost aganst the wall. Still, I would recommend this hotel. It had several amenities that we didn't use such as a swimming pool and a gym. WIFI is also available and there are computers for guest use. If I ever get back to Minneapolis, I would stay here.

Just very average. Nothing, besides the TV, really stood out as above average. Stay somewhere else if the price is right.

Too many pillows, they were too thick & uncomfortable.
