The Westin in Indianapolis is really nice! Spacious and Clean Rooms, Center Location, and Good Service! Definitely would recommend this hotel. Valet Parking is $28 and Self Parking is $25.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
The hotel had A+ air conditioning that could be set with a digital thermostat. Unbelievably, the hotel did not have room service.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
The room was clean. Wireless internet worked great. Location was close enough to the IU campus. Sleep number beds were fantastic. For me, it was just like home. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a room right next to the elevator which was extremely noisy and heard it going all night long. There was no pool to use! Could hear doors slamming, people talking. Walls were not insulated enough. Our window looked out onto nothing but a pile of dirt! Was definitely NOT worth the money and won't stay there again. We complained to the front desk to no avail. Do not stay in room 200!!

The hotel was very clean. The sleep number bed was fun! The coffee maker was not in a convenient location for use. My son and I had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and clean. Our beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful before our stay and during our stay.

I usually stay at the Express, becuase I get priority club points. But now I get my points and eat dinner at the hotel. This place is great and it is closer.

The hotel was wonderful. They have wireless thru out the entire hotel which helped a lot since I did a lot of work while I was there. The enitre hotel is beautiful, I loved the modern decor, the sleep number bed was also great...in fact I never wanted get out of it. When I did though, I would start my morning out with room service, the frestaurant is right there to help you out. Being the hotel is new, they had yet to finish their pool at the time I was there. The location was great too, it was close to downtown, the IU campus, as well as the major highways. I will be a regular at this hotel.

Pleasant place, but lacking in caring for details, e.g. no soap in the room; no one at the main desk at 8AM for checkout; didn't appear that the restaurant was open in the evening (one could eat at the bar).

Free Wi-Fi and fitness center. Fitness center was cluttered.

I'm not sure how long this Radisson has been opened but it's like brand new. I think it was a remodeled former hotel chain but the rooms are absoltuely beautiful. The furnishings are top notch with flat panel t.v. and bed by numbers which is out of this world. It took my husband and I a few tries to get the bed right but I didn't want to get out of it!!! The location was perfect - especially since our daughter lived just down the street on Kinser Pkwy. The only negative was there was no pool - yet. We thought there was one since it was listed. My husband was going to swim while I worked out but found no pool. They are still in the remodeling stages. The Comfort Inn is attached and we had to walk through a corridor to get to the workout facilty, which was small and only 3 cardio machines and one weight machine, but it was sufficient. I only wish our daughter had more years in Bloomington but this is her last year!! We had found the new Holiday Inn Express to be nice but this was less expensive and nicer. We'd definitely come back here.

Modern, comfortable rooms, great amenities. Location was not in walking distance to downtown.

The decor was nice and the bedding was comfortable. The room was small. The exterior doesn't match the interior. When arriving, the outside of the hotel looks old and non-impressive. The lobby was nice and updated and had a nice bar. The breakfast buffet was nice. The manager was accomodating. We didn't get the king suite we were promised, but he did get us 2 king rooms next door to each other.

Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable. The room was very stylish and comfortable.

Luxurious. Breakfast buffet could have been better. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean and beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone!

The comfort select mattresses. We had to go to the lobby to use the microwave, having them in the room would have been more convenient. Our hotel experience was excellent, the staff was friendly and we were allowed to check in early. Everything was clean, the comfort select mattresses were great. Our wait was a little longer than expected so we were given a free drink ticket at the bar. Our room came with a free breakfast which we didn't expect. It was a breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, muffins, etc. Very good!

Location, clean, reasonable price, just enough to make us happy. No problems.

Exceeded my expectations. Well furnished, and clean. Comfortable. Hotel didn't have enough room fridges to service their guests. This hotel just wowed me. The bed was comfortable. The flat screen television was unexpected. I would absolutely stay there again!

It was overall up to my expectations. The coffee machine was not located at an outlet. There was no room for the machine at the outlet on the other side of the sink.

Nice decor, colors fabric etc modern not homey. Hot water ran out in shower after only two users at 10 am. Great location near campus but just off the highway so easy access, very upscale look to interior design elements, almost modern but not stark either. Great beds (sleep number) great fluffy bed linens, and big flat panel TV.
