Really convenient to the airport. We stayed two nights, the first and last of our trip to Yellowstone. The bar was really cute and the decor was really nice. The room was very nice as well. Staff were helpful with directions.

Its overall appearance is nice. Parking garage but access was easy.

This is a beautiful hotel. We have stayed here on several occasions and are always pleased. Any little issue we've ever had has always been addressed by the front desk. Rooms are very comfortable and the beds are great.

Although stayed only one night and on a lower floor, we had a great moderately upscale room for a great price. Nice bathroom and very spacious room. Renovated so cannot tell it is an older building. Convenient to airport and downtown restaurants. Try Juliano's, exceptional restaurant just a mile or so away.

The elevator on the way up to the last 5 minutes of breakfast, we found ourselves stuck in a slow crawling elevator until it finally arrived at the very top floor where a bunch of construction was being done. We stepped through the mess only to take six flights of stairs down to the breakfast room which we had missed. Overall our stay was horrible. I left the hotel feeling treated very insignificantly and upset.

The beds were wonderful! The lounge was open at odd hours.

The hotel is obviously newly renovated and looks lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable, and all of our needs were met. The only word of caution is to light sleepers: the hotel is one block away from heavily-used railroad tracks, and train horns are definitely audible from south-facing rooms.

Nice corner room, comfortable, clean, pleasant view. Easily accessible via foot to downtown needs. Nice change on the road.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel looked great from the outside, but construction was going on inside. The dust and the smell carried up to the rooms and made the night difficult with my asthma. The rooms were very nice with the exception of the bathroom, which had 2 dirty washcloths on the floor and no hair dryer. The beds are very comfortable, but we did not stay there long because of the construction going on.

Location. Comfort, quality of bed and bedding. Rooms are somewhat smaller than expected, but adequate.

We flew into Billings at the start of our vacation and then returned to Billings for our flight home. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the historical section of Billings. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Several sitting areas in the lobby area and a Starbucks on premise made it an ideal spot to meet our traveling buddies. Our room had a King-sized bed and was very roomy, clean and well decorated. Nice amenties in the bathroom. The restaurant service for breakfast was a bit slow and somewhat expensive. Within walking distance of some great restaurants (Jake's is highly recommended) , the Saturday Farmer's Market was also a treat. Ten minutes to the airport. We would definitely use this hotel again for any future trips to the area.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but not in awhile. Had no idea it had a renovation. Rooms were wonderful. Had all the anemities i needed, but a refrigerator, which they supplied for a nominal fee (and i think it was, quite possibly, a nicer one that we have at home!). Flat screen TV, a small bag with ear plugs, lavender refresh spray, and a soothing cd for better sleep. I have heard many Crowne Plaza's have underwent similar renovations. I will likely be staying at more because of this.

I enjoyed my stay but its really a mans hotel. Its not one that my wife would necessarily like. I didn't use the restaurant, but the cocktail lounge wasn't very nice. Fortunately its within two blocks of several very nice restaurants and lounges. Rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable but were too small for two people, especially the bathroom.

The beds were amazing.

We were not informed of renovations which started at 9am and throughout the whole day. When you check in at 5am, this is unacceptable. The hotel is a mess and rooms should not be sold.

The suite was very homey and comfortable and the veiws from the restraunt are breath taking...very romantic...I will definately stay there again although there was quite a bit of construction going on so i cant wait to see it when its done

Great location and attractive. Smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. I would have not paid full price for this room. Very stinky. But through priceline I could overlook the downside, and really enjoy my stay. Comfy bed!

The staff is great!!! They all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Hotel is going through a transformation slowly but surely it will come... But the professionalism and service from the staff is exceptional

I booked two rooms and both rooms were dirty, one had a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom doorknob when I got there. The management seemed to have poorly trained staff as they said they had to tell someone three times to take care of the issue before it was. They need a new manager and some better help before the new hotels being built take away their business.

Extremely comfortable beds and very attractive rroms. A very comfortable contemporary room. The bed was just like being at home. Lots of good quality, good sized towels.
